Background  The relationship between elevated basal FSH and embryo quality remains a topic of heated discussion among practitioners of ART. Some authors suggest a negative effect of raised FSH on the quality of embryos and therefore on IVF treatment outcome. We postulate that women with elevated FSH who respond well to ovarian stimulation and have embryos to transfer, have the same chance of conceiving like women of a similar age with normal FSH. To test this hypothesis, we studied women with elevated basal FSH who made enough embryos to qualify for blastocyst culture and day 5 embryo transfer. Methods  Analysis of data collected prospectively, on women age 25–43 years, who underwent IVF between January 2005 and December 2006. The women were divided into: those with high FSH (≥10 IU/L) and women with normal FSH (<10 IU/L). We analysed data to show treatment outcome in the two groups, following embryo transfer on day 3 and after transfer on day 5. Outcome measures include number of oocytes retrieved, number of embryos available, implantation rate, pregnancy and live birth rate. Results  Among the 1,858 women who under-went a day 3 transfer, 1,368 had basal FSH ≤ 10 IU/L, and in 492 basal FSH was above 10 IU/L. The average number of oocytes retrieved was lower among women with elevated FSH (10.12 ± 5.6 Vs 6.16 ± 3.9). Women with a normal FSH, had a higher pregnant and live birth rate than those with elevated FSH (43.3% vs 27.9% p = 0.021) and (30.8% vs 17.6% p = 0.028) respectively. 398 women made enough embryos to qualify for extended embryo culture to blastocysts. Of these 366 had an FSH ≤ 10 IU/L and 32 had FSH > 10 IU/L. In this group, there was no significant difference in the pregnancy and live birth rates between women with elevated and those with normal FSH, (67.2% vs 65.6%) and (51.9% vs 43.8%) respectively. In this selected group of women where quantity is not an issue, the quality of embryos was same irrespective of whether the basal FSH was low or high. Conclusion  Women with elevated basal FSH who respond well to stimulation and generate a good number of oocytes / embryos have a chance of becoming pregnant and having a live birth similar to that of women of their age. Women should therefore not be denied the benefits of IVF based solely on the basal FSH level as a subset may respond well and therefore have a good chance of taking home a baby.  相似文献

目的探讨不孕症患者基础激素水平在判断卵巢储备功能中的作用。方法采用放射免疫方法测定60例112个促排卵周期周期第2天血卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)及雌二醇(E2)水平,B超观察卵泡发育情况,监测有无妊娠发生,分析基础激素水平与卵巢反应性、优势卵泡数目及周期妊娠率的关系。结果周期第2天血FSH≥15IU/L者,卵巢反应性差发生率高,优势卵泡数目少,周期妊娠率低。周期第2天血E2≥45ng/L者,周期妊娠率低于血E2<45ng/L者。周期第2天血LH值与周期妊娠率无关。结论周期第2天血FSH可作为判断卵巢储备功能的指标,而周期第2天血E2值对血FSH值判断卵巢储备功能有辅助作用。  相似文献

Background There has been controversy over the role of FSH in the regulation of preantral follicle development. LH is a survival and differentiation factor that increases oocyte maturation in FSH-supplemented cultures of mouse preantral follicles. However, little information exists on the action of LH and FSH in the developmental competence of porcine preantral follicle oocytes in vitro. Materials and methods Porcine preantral follicles were cultured for 3 days in the presence or absence of FSH or LH. Oocytes from these follicles were then matured, fertilized in vitro, and embryos were cultured. Estradiol secretion and histological analysis of cultured follicles were also carried out. Results FSH or combined LH and FSH significantly enhanced follicular growth compared to LH alone or the controls. Combined LH and FSH treatment of preantral follicles significantly increased the percentage (59 ± 5%) of oocytes competent to undergo cleavage to the two-cell stage after fertilization. A significant effect was seen on oocyte competence to develop from the two-cell to the blastocyst stage (30 ± 6%) compared to FSH alone treatment (45 ± 7 and 14 ± 5%, respectively). The amount of estradiol on days 2 and 3 of culture was significantly higher in follicles cultured with FSH (48.75 ± 17, 70.5 ± 14 pg/ml) or combined LH and FSH (63.25 ± 16, 72.5 ± 12 pg/ml) than that cultured with the untreated controls (16 ± 10, 5.66 ± 4 pg/ml). Conclusions The results indicated that FSH is essential for the in vitro growth of porcine preantral follicles, estradiol secretion, and for oocytes to acquire competence to resume meiosis and undergo fertilization and embryonic development. LH with FSH treatment of porcine preantral follicles can improve the quality of oocytes by promoting growth and a higher frequency of embryonic development.  相似文献

目的:探讨基础FSH和LH比值预测基础FSH水平正常且年轻不孕患者卵巢反应性的临床价值。方法:回顾分析2004年6月至2005年5月因男方因素或输卵管因素行体外受精-胚胎移植(in-vitrofertilization-embryotransfer,IVF-ET)治疗的年轻(年龄≤35岁)且基础FSH水平正常(≤8.5IU/L)不孕患者237例的临床资料,共计237个治疗周期,依据FSH/LH不同比例分为3组,A组(n=44)FSH/LH<1;B组(n=143)FSH/LH12;C组(n=50)FSH/LH>2。比较各组间的年龄、激素水平、卵巢反应、IVF的实验室结果以及妊娠情况。结果:3组患者的年龄、窦卵泡数、基础E2值、受精率、卵裂率和妊娠率两两相比无统计学差异(P>0.05),但A、B两组间的基础FSH值、基础LH值、E2峰值和成熟卵泡数差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A、C两组间基础FSH值、基础LH值、E2峰值、促性腺激素(gonadotropin,Gn)总用量、Gn平均每日用量、Gn用药时间及获卵数和成熟卵泡数的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B、C两组间基础LH值、E2峰值、促性腺激素总用量、Gn平均每日用量和Gn用药时间比较也有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:FSH正常的年轻妇女,FSH/LH>2的卵巢反应性明显低于FSH/LH<1者;FSH/LH比值是预测基础FSH正常且年轻不孕者卵巢反应性的一项较好指标。  相似文献

Purpose: To examine the impact of low basal cycle day 3 serum LH levels or a high FSH:LH ratio on IVF results. Methods: A homogeneous group of patients was analyzed as identified by normal basal cycle of follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), Luteinizing hormone (LH), and estradiol (E2) levels. High responders (high LH:FSH ratio) and low responders (high FSH or E2 levels, and women 42 years of age) were excluded from analysis. Only cycles stimulated with a combination of a GnRHa (luteal suppression) and pure FSH were studied. Results: Patients with low basal LH levels (<3 mIU/mL) did not differ significantly from controls in terms of response to controlled ovarian hyperstimulation but there was a clear trend toward poorer implantation and clinical pregnancy rates. On the other hand, patients with a high FSH:LH ratio (<3) had significantly fewer mature oocytes aspirated, and lower implantation and clinical pregnancy rates than patients with gonadotropin ratio 3. These negative effects were evident in the presence of normal basal FSH levels and after adequate matching of female's age and number of embryos transferred. Conclusions: These studies highlight a negative impact of a basal cycle high FSH:LH ratio (and possibly low LH levels) on follicular development and oocyte quality in these patients subjected to pituitary down-regulation followed by pure FSH administration. A high FSH:LH ratio may be therefore used as an early biomarker of poor ovarian response.  相似文献

IVF-ET周期中GnRH-a、FSH、hMG配伍方案的比较研究   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
目的:探讨IVF周期中采用不同促排卵方案时,卵泡液及血清中FSH、LH、E2水平的变化及对胚胎发育、受精、妊娠的影响;单用国产hMG促排卵的效果。方法:120例分成4组。测定卵泡液及取卵日血清中FSH、LH、E2水平,比较四种方案的取卵数、受精率、Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级胚胎形成率和每移植周期妊娠率。结果:四种促排卵方案的卵泡液和血清FSH、E2水平没有差别(P>0.05),不同垂体降调节者,卵泡液和血清LH水平明显升高(P<0.0001),四种促排卵方案的取卵数、受精率、优质胚胎形成率、移植周期妊娠率经统计学处理均无显著性差异。结论:卵泡液和血清中LH水平升高可能与应用垂体降调节有关,而与选择纯FSH还是hMG促排卵无关。轻度LH升高并不影响卵泡发育、卵子质量和以后的胚胎发育。IVF周期首选垂体降调节加FSH或FSH/hMG促排卵方案,单用hMG促排卵也可以作为选择。  相似文献

目的:探讨患者基础FSH/LH比值及控制性超促排卵(COH)时降调后hCG注射日血清LH水平对IVF-ET结局的影响及与COH各参数的关系。方法:回顾性分析首次进行IVF/ICSI-ET助孕、应用GnRH-a长方案降调节的不孕妇女,共427个周期。结果:ROC曲线显示FSH/LH比值与IVF-ET临床妊娠率无明显相关性;FSH/LH≥2与FSH/LH<2组间虽然临床妊娠率无差异,但FSH/LH≥2组Gn用量增加,获卵数少,优质胚胎数少,存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。hCG注射日血清LH≥0.65IU/L者妊娠率(55.8%)明显高于LH<0.65IU/L者(24.6%)。结论:基础FSH/LH比值增高能较早反映卵巢储备功能并指导超排方案及Gn用量;降调节后卵泡晚期(hCG注射日)的LH水平过低(<0.65IU/L),将会导致临床妊娠率下降。  相似文献

Background.?Poor ovarian response to standard in vitro fertilization–embryo transfer (IVF-ET) protocols or different regimens of treatment, as consequence of a diminished ovarian reserve, correlates strictly with patient age, elevated follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and reduced antral follicle count. The aim of the present pilot study was to evaluate the outcome of patients with poor prognostic features undergoing IVF-ET with natural cycles as a first approach and not as a consequence of a previous failure treatment.

Materials and methods.?Eighteen aged patients (mean ± standard deviation 40.2 ± 0.7 years, range 37–43 years) with elevated serum FSH and reduced antral follicle count underwent intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) after spontaneous ovulation.

Results.?A total of 26 natural cycles with ICSI were analyzed. Pregnancy was observed in three patients, of which two were ongoing as assessed by fetal heart beat at ultrasound scan performed 4–5 weeks after ET.

Conclusion.?The overall pregnancy rates achieved (11.5% per cycle, 20.0% per ET) are comparable with those of conventional IVF-ET in aged patients, and not impaired by a single embryo transferred. Better embryo quality, as a consequence of natural selection of oocytes, better endometrium receptivity and monthly repeatability of the procedure, can balance the relatively low chance to perform ET.  相似文献

Adequate ovarian response, essential for successful IVF, cannot be accurately predicted. This study retrospectively reviewed all patients undergoing IVF from 1998 to 2001. Inclusion criteria were age <41 years at treatment onset and a basal day 3 serum FSH concentration <12 IU/l. Women with FSH or=3 in group 1 and <3 in group 2 (controls). Age at treatment initiation, basal serum day 3 FSH and LH concentrations, peak serum oestradiol concentration, number of retrieved and fertilized oocytes and pregnancy rate were analysed. Groups 1 (n = 41, 111 IVF treatment cycles) and 2 (n = 596, 1,434 IVF treatment cycles) were similar in term of woman's mean age. Group 1 had significantly higher mean basal day 3 FSH concentration (P < 0.01) and significantly lower oestradiol concentrations at oocyte retrieval (P < 0.01), mean number of oocytes retrieved and fertilized (P < 0.01) and pregnancy rate (P = 0.016). The same trend persisted after excluding 98 patients with basal FSH concentrations >8 IU/l. In conclusion, elevated day 3 FSH/LH ratio is associated with an inferior outcome in IVF treatment cycles and may be used as an additional predictor for decreased ovarian response.  相似文献

Objective?To explore the clinical application value of high-dose letrozole in poor ovarian response(POR) patients during mild ovarian stimulation protocols receiving IVF/ICSI. Methods?A retrospective analysis was performed on 102 patients with POR treated with letrozole mild ovarian stimulation in IVF/ICSI at our reproductive Center from January 2016 to December 2018. The high-dose letrozole group (7.5 mg/d×5 d) was the high-dose group (n=50), and the conventional letrozole group (5 mg/d×5 d) was the conventional dose group (n=52). Results?The age and basal FSH of the high-dose group were higher than those of the conventional dose group (P<0.05), and the number of sinus follicles (AFC) in the high-dose group was significantly lower than that in the conventional dose group (P<0.05). The time of use of gonadotropin (Gn) in high dose group was shorter than that in conventional dose group (P<0.05), the daily serum E2 level of human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) was significantly decreased (P<0.05), the egg number was lower than that in conventional dose group, but the egg MⅡrate was significantly higher than that in conventional dose group (P<0.05). The clinical pregnancy rate and live birth rate per fresh transplant cycle increased in the high-dose group [55.56% vs 50%; 55.56% vs 37.5%], but the difference was not statistically significant compared with the conventional dose group (P>0.05). Conclusion?For POR patients receiving ART, high-dose letrozole with mild ovarian stimulation protocol can improve the clinical pregnancy outcome of POR patients to some extent without obvious adverse reactions, especially for POR patients with poor ovarian reserve, which may benefit from improving oocyte quality and high MII rate suggesting improved follicle quality.  相似文献

目的:探讨基础总窦卵泡数(tAFC)在评价卵巢功能和预测ART结局中的作用。方法:回顾性分析1 353例接受常规体外受精(IVF)/卵母细胞质内单精子显微注射(ICSI)治疗的不孕患者早卵泡期窦卵泡计数的资料,按tAFC分组:A组<5个,B组5~10个,C组11~15个,D组>15个,分别统计各组促性腺激素(Gn)用量、hCG注射日直径≥14 mm卵泡数、获卵数、2原核(2PN)数、可利用胚胎数及妊娠结局。结果:tAFC对卵巢反应性和卵巢储备功能的预测价值优于年龄和基础卵泡刺激素(bFSH),tAFC<10个预示卵巢低反应性,>12个则预示卵巢高反应性;tAFC对ART结局的预测价值稍优于年龄和bFSH,tAFC>10个则预示临床妊娠可能性大,tAFC>15个或<5个则预示周期取消率增加。新鲜周期妊娠率随tAFC增多而上升(C组最高42.3%),周期取消率随tAFC增多而下降,但tAFC>15个时,周期取消率上升至24.2%,主要原因是卵巢过度刺激综合征(OHSS)。结论:基础tAFC与影响ART结局的各种因素密切相关,可作为预测ART结局的参考指标,并且直接有效地评价卵巢储备功能和卵巢反应性,是患者接受ART前的首选检查,临床应用中值得推广。  相似文献

OBJECTIVE: To identify and quantify predictors of poor ovarian response in in vitro fertilization (IVF). DESIGN; Prospective study. SETTING; Tertiary fertility center. PATIENT(S): One hundred twenty women undergoing their first IVF cycle. INTERVENTION(S): Measurement of the number of antral follicles and the total ovarian volume by ultrasound, and of basal levels of FSH, E(2), and inhibin B on cycle day 3. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURE(S): Ovarian response, and clinical and ongoing pregnancy rates. RESULT(S); The antral follicle count was the best single predictor for poor ovarian response: area under the receiver operating characteristic curve = 0.87. Addition of basal FSH and inhibin B levels to a logistic model with the antral follicle count significantly improved the prediction of poor response; the addition of basal E(2) levels and total ovarian volume did not improve the prediction. To express the discriminative performance of this model toward poor response, a maximum area under the receiver operating characteristic curve of 0.92 was calculated. Poor responders had significantly lower clinical and ongoing pregnancy rates than did normal responders. CONCLUSION(S): Our data demonstrate that the antral follicle count provides better prognostic information on the occurrence of poor response during hormone stimulation for IVF than does the patient's chronological age and the currently used endocrine markers. However, endocrine tests remain informative. Multivariate models can achieve more accurate predictions of outcomes of complex events like ovarian response in IVF.  相似文献

Purpose  The aim was to determine pregnancy rate following intrauterine insemination (IUI) and its associated factors in a university assisted reproductive technique center in Tehran, Iran. Methods  A retrospective analysis of 350 IUI cycles with ovarian stimulation by clomiphene citrate and/or gonadotropins was performed. Results  The overall pregnancy rate was 22% (77/350). Of the 77 pregnancies, 88.3% resulted in live birth, 7.8% in spontaneous abortion, 2.6% in blighted ovum and 1.3% were ectopic. Logistic regression analysis revealed three predictive variables as regards pregnancy: number of the treatment cycle (OR:3.5 CI:1.9 – 6.4 p:0.006), duration of infertility (OR:2.1 CI:1.2 – 3.7 p = 0.001) and age (OR:2.15 CI:1.1 – 4.4 p = 0.04). Pregnancy rate did not have any independent relation to sperm count, type of infertility, number and size of follicle and side of ovulatory ovary. Conclusion  Our results indicate that clomiphene citrate and/or gonadotropins IUI is a convenient and useful treatment option in women with younger age ( <30 years) and fewer treatment cycles and fewer infertility duration (4 years). Capsule Best results for intrauterine insemination with ovarian stimulation is obtained in women with younger age, fewer treatment cycles and fewer infertility duration. PURPOSE: To compare basal and clomiphene citrate (CC) induced follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), estradiol (E2), and inhibin B levels with ultrasound indices of ovarian reserve in infertile women and to test the prognostic value of these tests on response to ovarian stimulation in in vitro fertilization (IVF). METHODS: Fifty-six patients had basal and CC induced serum hormone levels and ultrasound measured mean ovarian volume (MOV) and mean antral follicle counts (MFC). Thirty-two patients were then appropriately selected to have a total of 41 cycles of IVF/ICSI treatment. RESULTS: Women with diminished ovarian reserve had lower MOV, MFC, day 3 and day 10 inhibin B levels (p < 0.001). Only basal and CC induced FSH and inhibin B correlated with MOV and MFC. Poor responders in IVF/ICSI had higher basal FSH (p < 0.05), lower basal and induced inhibin B levels (p < 0.05), and lower MOV and MFC (p < 0.01) than normal responders. Ovarian volume alone was better than age and basal hormones in predicting poor ovarian response, while abnormal CC test was the only independent significant factor in predicting ovarian response. However, age was the only independent predictor of pregnancy in IVF as compared to hormonal and ultrasound indices of ovarian reserve. CONCLUSION: CC test and ovarian volume are better than other hormonal and sonographic tests in predicting the response to ovarian stimulation in IVF cycles.  相似文献

目的 :在体外受精 胚胎移植 (IVF ET)患者中对预测卵巢储备的 4种指标进行临床研究 ,以期寻找 1~ 2种灵敏度高的指标用于普通不孕人群。方法 :随机选择不同年龄段的 90例不孕患者 ,在接受IVF ET前 1~ 2个周期 ,于月经第 3天取空腹血测定基础性激素水平 ;于月经第 5~ 9天服氯米酚 (CC) 10 0mg,第 10天取空腹血测定FSH、LH、E2 ;开始进入IVF ET周期前 ,B超测量卵巢体积 ,观察IVF ET过程中卵巢的反应性。结果 :随年龄增加 ,卵巢反应不良及取消周期的比例增加 ;随基础FSH、服CC后FSH水平升高 ,卵巢反应性降低。卵巢体积较小组 ,卵巢反应不良的比例占 5 2 0 %。结论 :年龄是一个较为敏感的指标 ;基础FSH水平对卵巢储备的评估优于CC兴奋试验和卵巢体积测定。由于B超检查简便无侵入性 ,因此 ,认为基础FSH水平配合年龄和卵巢体积综合评估 ,将有助于提高预测价值。  相似文献

Purpose

To determine the predictive value of serum anti-müllerian hormone (AMH) concentrations and antral follicle counts (AFC), on ovarian response and live birth rates after IVF and compare with age and basal FSH.

Methods

Basal levels of AMH, FSH and antral follicle count were measured in 192 patients prior to IVF treatment. The predictive value of these parameters were evaluated in terms of retrieved oocyte number and live birth rates.

Results

Poor responders in IVF were older, had lower AFC and AMH but higher basal FSH levels. In multivariate analysis AFC was the best and only independent parameter among other parameters and AMH was better than age and basal FSH to predict poor response to ovarian stimulation. Addition of AMH, basal FSH, age and total gonadotropin dose to AFC did not improve its prognostic reliability. Area under curve (AUC) for each parameter according to ROC analysis also revealed that AFC performed better in poor response prediction compared with AMH, basal FSH and age. The cut-off point for mean AMH and AFC in discriminating the best between poor and normal ovarian response cycles was 0.94 ng/mL (with a sensitivity of 70 % and a specificity of 86 %) and 5.5 (with a sensitivity of 91 % and a specificity of 91 %), respectively. However, age was the only independent predictor of live birth in IVF as compared to hormonal and ultrasound indices of ovarian reserve.

Conclusion

AFC is better than AMH to predict poor ovarian response. Although AMH and AFC could be used to predict ovarian response they had limited value in live birth prediction. The only significant predictor of the probability of achieving a live birth was age.  相似文献

抗苗勒管激素在辅助生殖技术中预测卵巢反应性的价值   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
目的:探讨抗苗勒管激素(anti-Mllerian hormone,AMH/MIS)在辅助生殖技术中预测卵巢反应性的价值。方法:按纳入标准选择80例第一次接受IVF-ET治疗的患者,于启动周期月经第2天用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定血清AMH水平;电化学免疫发光法测定基础血清FSH、LH、E2、T、PRL。同时用超声诊断仪为卵巢窦卵泡计数。记录促性腺激素总量、获卵数等。结果:(1)卵巢低反应组(n=14)与正常反应组(n=66)基础AMH水平分别为0.38±0.27ng/ml、2.10±1.25ng/ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)获卵数与基础血清AMH、窦状卵泡数(AFC)呈正相关,相关系数分别为0.776,0.577,与FSH、FSH/LH呈负相关,相关系数分别为-0.405,-0.528。多元线性回归分析各项指标对获卵数的影响按序依次为基础血清AMH、AFC、FSH、FSH/LH、年龄;(3)基础血清AMHROCAUC为0.961。卵巢低反应的基础血清AMHCut-off值为0.562ng/ml时,其灵敏度可达96%、特异性86%,阳性预测值92.3%,阴性预测值97%。结论:辅助生殖技术中基础血清AMH水平与目前临床常用指标相比,预测卵巢反应性的诊断价值最高,且灵敏、简便、经济。  相似文献

In an attempt to evaluate whether high basal day-3 luteinizing hormone/follicle-stimulating hormone (LH/FSH) ratio affects IVF cycle outcome in polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) patients undergoing ovarian stimulation with either GnRH-agonist (n?=?47) or antagonist (n?=?104), we studied 151 IVF cycles: 119 in patients with basal LH/FSH <2 and 32 in patients with LH/FSH ≥2. The PCOS with high LH/FSH ratio achieved a non-significantly higher pregnancy rate using the GnRH-agonist (50% vs 17.9%, p?=?0.2; respectively), as compared to the GnRH-antagonist protocols, probably due to the ability of the long GnRH-agonist protocol to induce a prolong and sustained reduction of the high basal LH milieu and avert its detrimental effect on oocyte quality and implantation potential.  相似文献

BACKGROUND: Poor ovarian response to standard in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer (IVF-ET) protocols or different regimens of treatment, as consequence of a diminished ovarian reserve, correlates strictly with patient age, elevated follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and reduced antral follicle count. The aim of the present pilot study was to evaluate the outcome of patients with poor prognostic features undergoing IVF-ET with natural cycles as a first approach and not as a consequence of a previous failure treatment. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Eighteen aged patients (mean +/- standard deviation 40.2 +/- 0.7 years, range 37-43 years) with elevated serum FSH and reduced antral follicle count underwent intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) after spontaneous ovulation. RESULTS: A total of 26 natural cycles with ICSI were analyzed. Pregnancy was observed in three patients, of which two were ongoing as assessed by fetal heart beat at ultrasound scan performed 4-5 weeks after ET. CONCLUSION: The overall pregnancy rates achieved (11.5% per cycle, 20.0% per ET) are comparable with those of conventional IVF-ET in aged patients, and not impaired by a single embryo transferred. Better embryo quality, as a consequence of natural selection of oocytes, better endometrium receptivity and monthly repeatability of the procedure, can balance the relatively low chance to perform ET.  相似文献
