Annular pancreas

Brief clinico-rentgenological characteristics of annular pancreas are described on the basis of 5 personal clinical observations and literature data. Recommendations for choosing the optimal surgical procedures are given. Collateral anastomoses are thought to be expedient in combination with vagotomy or without them.

Annular pancreas is a rare congenital anomaly cause of duodenal obstruction. Associated ulcus is frequent. Chronic pancreatitis complicating annular pancreas can lead to resection. Among 4 observations, evolution and treatment are presented. Treatment requires derivation or resection of the stenosis.

环状胰腺是胰腺组织完全或不完全环绕十二指肠的胚胎发生异常所致。Ｔｉｅｄｅｍａｎｎ于 1818年首先报道 ,186 2年Ｅｃｋｅｒ经解剖病例明确其导管系统后命名为ａｎｎｕｌａｒｐａｎ ｃｒｅａｓ ,190 5年Ｖｉｄａｌ首先行胃空肠吻合术治疗本病。本文就成人环状胰腺的临床特点作一综述。1　发病率成人环状胰腺较为罕见。Ｒａｖｉｔｃ在 2 0 0 0 0例尸解中发现 2例[1] ,Ｔｈｅｄｏｒｄｅｓ在 2 45 19例手术病例中发现 3例[2 ] ,仲间于 3191例ＥＲＣＰ中发现 3例[3 ] 。自Ｅｃｋｅｒ报道本病以后 ,欧美报道了约 30 0例[4 ] ,日本 192 2～ 1990…
