检测384例健康老年吸烟者和176例健康老年非吸烟者血浆维生素C(P-VitC)、维生素E(P-VitE)、β-胡萝卜素(P-β-CAR)、过氧化脂质(P-LPO)含量和红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(E-SOD)活性的结果表明,与非吸烟组比较,吸烟组的P-VitC、P-VitE、P-β-CAR和E-SOD平均值显著降低(P<0.001),而P-LPO平均值显著升高(P<0.001);82例61岁男性吸烟者P-VitC、P-VitE、P-β-CAR和E-SOD均随吸烟史及吸烟量的增加而降低,P-LPO随吸烟史及吸烟量的增加而升高,并均呈一定程度的直线相关(P<0.0001)。提示老年吸烟者体内的氧化和抗氧化平衡严重失调,氧自由基反应和脂质过氧化反应明显加剧。  相似文献

目的探讨一氧化氮等自由基与脑出血的关系。方法检测133例脑出血患者和100例健康对照者血浆一氧化氮(P-NO)、维生素C(P-VC)、维生素E(P-VE)、β-胡萝卜素(P-β-CAR)和过氧化脂质(P-LPO)含量及红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(E-SOD)、过氧化氢酶(E-CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(E-GSH-Px)活性和过氧化脂质(E-LPO)含量。结果与对照组比较,患者组P-NO、P-LPO、E-LPO均值显著升高(P<0.001),P-VC、P-VE、P-β-CAR、E-SOD、E-CAT、E-GSH-Px均值显著降低(P<0.001);逐步回归发现,患者病情(NDS)与P-NO、P-VC、E-LPO值相关最为密切,颅内血肿量与P-NO、P-VE、E-LPO值相关最为密切。结论脑出血患者体内自由基反应病理性加剧,氧化抗氧化平衡严重失  相似文献

目的 探讨NO和脂质过氧化与老年矽肺的关系。方法 检测85 例老年矽肺患者和80 例健康老年人的血浆NO(P-NO)、过氧化脂质(P-LPO)及红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(E-SOD)、过氧化氢酶(E-CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(E-GSH-Px)、过氧化脂质(E-LPO)值。结果 与对照组比较,患者组E-SOD、E-CAT、E-GSH-Px 均值显著降低,P-NO、P-LPO、E-LPO 均值显著升高(P< 0.001);直线回归和相关分析表明上述各检测值与患者病程均有相关;逐步回归表明患者病情、肺功能状态与P-NO、E-SOD、E-LPO 值相关最密切。结论 矽肺患者体内NO 代谢异常,氧化抗氧化平衡严重失调,氧化和脂质过氧化反应病理性加剧。  相似文献

目的探讨银杏叶抗氧化和抗脂质过氧化损伤的效应。方法检测78例心绞痛患者经银杏叶制剂天保宁治疗前后的血浆维生素C(P-VC)、维生素E(P-VE)、β-胡萝卜素(P-β-CAR)、过氧化脂质(P-LPO)和红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(E-SOD)、过氧化氢酶(E-CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(E-GSH-PX)、过氧化脂质(E-LPO)值,在Compaq586微机上用SPSS/PC+统计软件包分析处理。结果与治疗前比较,治疗后的P-VC、P-VE、P-β-CAR、E-SOD、E-CAT、E-GSH-PX平均值皆显著升高(P<0.01),P-LPO、E-LPO平均值皆显著降低(P<0.01);且均与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论心绞痛患者体内病理性氧化反应和脂质过氧化反应在治疗后明显减缓,银杏叶制剂具有较强的抗氧化损伤和抗脂质过氧化损伤的作用  相似文献

检测了27例宫颈癌、30例宫颈炎和30例子宫肌瘤患者的血清SOD及其同功酶、全血GSH-Px、CAT等的活性水平以及血清LPO含量。结果表明,与健康对照组相比,宫颈癌患者血清Cu,Zn-SOD、总-SOD(T-SOD)活性明显降低(P<0.01),LPO含量明显增高(P<0.05);宫颈炎患者血清Mn-SOD、T-SOD活性明显降低(P<0.01),全血GSH-Px活性与血清LPO含量明显增高(P<0.01);子宫肌瘤患者血清Mn-SOD、Cu、Zn-SOD、T-SOD与全血GSH-Px活性均明显降低(P<0.01),血清LPO含量明显增高(P<0.01)。可见,血清T-SOD活性降低和LPO含量升高是宫颈癌、宫颈炎与子宫肌瘤患者自由基代谢紊乱的共同特点,提示体内病理性氧自由基反应和脂质过氧化反应明显增强是上述患者共同的病理基础。  相似文献

探讨前列腺素E1静脉滴注对肺心病心衰的疗效。方法对30例肺心病心衰患者,应用前列腺素E1(PGE1)200μg/d静脉滴注,疗程5天。于治疗前后同步检测内源性洋地黄因子(EDF)、过氧化脂质(LPO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及动脉血氧分压(PaO2)、动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)和观察症状体征变化,并与对照组(不用PGE1)的30例肺心病心衰患者及20例健康者进行比较。结果两组肺心病心衰患者的EDF、LPO显著高于健康组(P<0.001),SOD含量则显著降低(P<0.001)。治疗组病例治疗后EDF、LPO较治疗前显著降低(P<0.001),SOD含量则显著升高(P<0.001),症状体征及血气参数显著改善(P<0.01~0.001)。对照组(不用PGE1)病例的EDF、LPO、SOD、血气参数及症状体征,于治疗前、后无显著变化(P>0.05)。结论PGE1对肺心病心衰患者确有较好的疗效。  相似文献

以邻苯三酚自氧化抑制法和硫代巴比妥酸反应产物比色分析法检测经用“天保宁”(银杏叶制剂)治疗50例心绞痛患者前后红细胞超氧化物歧化酶(E—SOD)活性及血浆过氧化脂质(P—LPO)和红细胞过氧化脂质(E—LPO)含量的结果表明,与治疗前相比,治疗后的E-SOD平均活性显著升高(P<0.01),P—LPO和E—LPO平均含量均显著降低(P<0.01)。提示老年心绞痛患者体内的病理性氧自由基反应和脂质过氧化反应在治疗后明显减缓,银杏叶黄酮具有较强的抗氧自由基损伤和抗脂质过氧化损伤作用。  相似文献

AIM To study relationship of injury induced by nitric oxide, oxidation, peroxidation, lipoperoxidation with chronic cholecystitis. METHODS The values of plasma nitric oxide (PNO), plasma vitamin C (P-VC), plasma vitamin E ( P-VE ), plasma β-carotene ( P-β-CAR ), plasma lipoperoxides (P-LPO), erythrocyte superoxide dismutase (E-SOD), erythrocyte catalase (ECAT), erythrocyte glutathione peroxidase (E-GSHPx) activities and erythrocyte lipoperoxides (ELPO) level in 77 patients with chronic cholecystitis and 80 healthy control subjects were determined, differences of the above average values between the patient group and the control group and differences of the average values between preoperative and postoperative patients were analyzed and compared, linear regression and correlation of the disease course with the above determination values as well as the stepwise regression and correlation of the course with the values were analyzed. RESULTS Compared with the control group, the average values of P-NO, P-LPO, E-LPO were significantly increased ( P < 0.01 ), and of P-VC, P-VE, P-β-CAR, E-SOD, E-CAT and E-GSH-Px decreased ( P < O. 01 ) in the patient group. The analysis of the linear regression and correlation showed that with prolonging of the course, the values of P-NO, P-LPO and E-LPO in the patients were gradually ascended and the values of P-VC, P-VE, P-β-CAR, E-SOD, E-CAT and E-GSH-Px descended (P < 0. 01 ). The analysis of the stepwise regression and correlation indicated that the correlation of the course with P-NO, P-VE and P-β-CAR values was the closest. Compared with the preoperative patients, the average values of PNO, P-LPO and E-LPO were significantly decreased (P < 0.01 ) and the average values of PVC, E-SOD, E-CAT and E-GSH-Px in postoperative patients increased ( P < 0.01) in postoperative patients. But there was no significant difference in the average values of P-VE, P-W-CAR preoperative and postoperative patients. CONCLUSION Chronic cholecystitis could induce the increase of nitric oxide, oxidation, peroxidation and lipoperoxidation.  相似文献

AIM: To observe the therapeutic efficacy of high-dose Vitamin C 0/it. C) on acute pancreaUtis (AP), and to explore its potential mechanisms. METHODS: Eghty-four AP patients were divided into treatment group and control group, 40 healthy subjects were taken as a normal group, In the treatment group, Vit. C (10 g/day) was given intravenously for 5 days, whereas in the control group, Vit. C (1 g/day) was given intravenously for 5 days. Symptoms, physical signs, duration of hospitalization, complications and mortality rate were monitored. Meanwhile, serum amylase, urine amylase and leukocyte counts were also determined. The concentration of plasma vitamin C (P-VC), plasma lipid peroxide (P-LPO), plasma vitamin E (P-VE), plasma β-carotene (P-β-CAR), whole blood glutathione (WB-GSH) and the activity of erythrocyte surperoxide dimutase (E-SOD) and erythrocyte catalase (E-CAT) as well as T lymphocyte phenotype were measured by spectrophotometry in the normal group and before and after treatment with Vit. C in the treatment and the control group. RESULTS: Compared with the normal group, the average values of P-VC, P-VE, P-β-CAR, WB-GSH and the activity of E-SOD and E-CAT in AP patients were significantly decreased and the average value of P-LPO was significantly increased, especially in severe acute pancreatitis (SAP) patients (P&lt;0.05. P-VC, P=0.045; P-VE, P=0.038; P=0.041;P-β-CAR, P=0.046; WB-GSH, P=0.039; E-SOD, P=0.019;E-CAT, P=0.020; P-LPO, P=0.038). Compared with the normal group, CD3 and CD4 positive cells in AP patients were significantly decreased. The ratio of CD4/CD8 and CD4 positive cells were decreased, especially in SAP patients (P&lt;0.05. CD4/CDs, P=0.041; CD4, P =0.019). Fever and vomiting disappeared, and leukocyte counts and amylase in urine and blood become normal quicker in the treatment group than in the control group. Moreover, patients in treatment group also had a higher cure rate, a lower complication rate and a shorter in-ward days compared with those in he control group. After treatment, the average value of P-VC was significantly higher and the values of SIL-2R, TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-8 were significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group (P&lt;0.05 P-VC, P=0.045; SIL-2R, P=0.012; TNF-α, P=0.030; IL-6, P=0.015,and IL-8, P=0.043). In addition, the ratio of CDJCD8 and CD4 positive cells in the patients of treatment group were significantly higher than that of the control group after treatment (P&lt;0.05. CD4/CDs, P =0.039; CD4, P=0.024). CONCLUSION: High-dose vitamin C has therapeutic efficacy on acute pancreatitis. The potential mechanisms include promotion of anti-oxidizing ability of AP patients, blocking of lipid peroxidation in the plasma and improvement of cellular immune function.  相似文献

We measured the contents of plasma MDA and erythrocyte SOD activities in patients with chronic cor pulmonale. The contents of malondialdehyde (MDA) increased; the superoxide dismutase (SOD) activities suppressed significantly and reoxygenation caused increases in the SOD activities in patients with acute attacks. But the changes of the contents of MDA and SOD activities did not appear in patients with stationary phase. These results indicate that oxygen free radicals may contribute to the physiopathological process of chronic cor pulmonale.  相似文献

BACKGROUND/AIMS: Hepatitis B virus infection, extensively seen throughout the world, can become highly chronic. Pathogenesis of chronic hepatitis is not yet known fully. It is shown that oxidative stress may play a role in pathogenesis and may regulate collagen synthesis and thus may contribute to the process of liver damage. This study is aimed at investigating the existence of oxidative stress in chronic hepatitis B cases and its relation with alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase which are the serum indicators of liver damage; along with interaction of erythrocyte antioxidation enzyme activities in the same cases. METHODOLOGY: Eighty patients with chronic hepatitis B under follow-up, and 40 healthy volunteers were included in this study. In the control and patients groups, together with serological markers for viral etiology, alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase levels; plasma malondialdehyde level; erythrocyte superoxide dismutase, glutathione peroxidase and catalase activities were analyzed. RESULTS: Malondialdehyde levels of chronic hepatitis B cases were statistically high compared to control group (p < 0.05). There was correlation between serum malondialdehyde levels and serum alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase levels in the patient group (r = 0.324, p < 0.01, r = 0.273, p < 0.05). Average superoxide dismutase and catalase activities were found to be significantly low compared to control group (p < 0.001); average glutathione peroxidase activity were significantly high when considered statistically (p < 0.001). No correlation between serum alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase levels and glutathione peroxidase, catalase and superoxide dismutase activities was found in the patients group (p > 0.05). CONCLUSIONS: In the study we showed that there is correlation between serum malondialdehyde level and alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase levels of chronic hepatitis B patients. According to the results of our study, it might be thought that serum malondialdehyde level might be a marker of hepatocellular damage in chronic hepatitis B cases. We suggest that antioxidant treatment for chronic hepatitis B patients should be examined in future studies.  相似文献

本文测定了47例糖尿病病人及47例正常人红细胞超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)及血浆过氧化脂质(Lpo)水平。结果发现,糖尿病病人红细胞SOD明显低于正常人(P<0.001),Lpo水平明显高于正常人(P<0.001)。糖尿病病人中伴有血管并发症者与无血管并发症者相比,红细胞SOD活性下降幅度更大(P<0.05),血浆Lpo增高更明显(P<0.02)。血浆Lpo与HDL-C、红细胞SOD呈负相关,与甘油三酯、空腹血糖呈正相关;红细胞SOD与血糖及血脂无明显相关关系。  相似文献
