[目的]观察中药热奄包辅助治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效.[方法]将符合纳入标准的68例病人按区组随机分成治疗组和对照组,两组均静脉给予甲硝唑注射液0.5g,每日2次,注射用阿奇霉素0.5g加入5%葡萄糖注射液500mL,每日1次,连用7d.治疗组在此基础上加用中药热奄包外敷,7d为1个疗程.3个疗程后对两组病人症状体征消失情况进行评定.[结果]治疗组总有效率为94.12%,对照组总有效率为73.53%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).[结论]在西医抗感染治疗基础上加用中药热奄包外敷治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效优于单纯用西医治疗.  相似文献

[目的]观察中药安神热奄包足浴联合王不留行籽耳穴压贴治疗肾虚不寐的临床疗效.[方法]将64例肾虚不寐病人随机分为治疗组和对照组各32例.治疗组采用安神热奄包足浴联合耳穴压贴治疗,对照组仅给予安神热奄包足浴,均每日1次,疗程1个月.观察两组治疗前后睡眠、焦虑情况.[结果]治疗组睡眠质量明显提高,焦虑程度降低.[结论]中药安神热奄包足浴联用耳穴压贴治疗能明显改善肾虚病人睡眠质量,降低焦虑水平.  相似文献

[目的]观察中药热奄包熨烫治疗对冠心病介入诊疗病人术后尿潴留的影响。[方法]将80例术后尿潴留病人随机分为治疗组和对照组,对治疗组病人采用中药热奄包熨烫治疗,对照组则给予温热水袋熨烫治疗,观察两组治疗效果。[结果]治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为95.0%、77.5%,经比较差异统计学差异(P<0.05)。[结论]中药热奄包熨烫治疗冠心病介入诊疗病人术后尿潴留疗效显著。  相似文献

[目的]观察中药热奄包配合保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎(UC)病人的效果。[方法]将62例溃疡性结肠炎病人随机分为观察组和对照组各31例,对照组采用中药保留灌肠治疗,观察组加用中药热奄包治疗,连续治疗21d,比较两组病人的疗效。[结果]观察组与对照组总有效率分别为93.55%和61.29%,经比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。[结论]中药热奄包配合保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效明显。  相似文献

目的探讨妇科盆腔炎性包块的保守治疗方法及效果。方法对2000年1月~2006年12月我院收治的50例妇科盆腔炎性包块运用中西结合治疗和单纯西医治疗病人的资料进行对照分析。结果2组病人均正规保守治疗10d后随访,中西医结合治疗总有效率96%,单纯西医治疗总有效率52%。结论在有效抗菌素的基础上合用中药橘核昆藻汤加减治疗盆腔炎性包块疗效确切,值得在临床工作中推广。  相似文献

目的:探讨中药灌肠在女性盆腔炎性包块治疗中的应用。方法:将86例确诊为盆腔炎性包块的患者随机分为两组:观察组44例,在抗生素治疗基础上辅用中药保留灌肠;对照组42例,仅用抗生素治疗。并进行疗效比较。结果:治疗1~2个疗程后随访治疗效果,观察组治愈率为86.36%,对照组为28.57%,观察组较对照组治愈率高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:在抗生素治疗基础上辅用中药保留灌肠治疗盆腔炎性包块能明显缩短治疗时间,提高治愈率。  相似文献

Heat shock factor 1 (HSF1) functions to maintain cellular and organismal homeostasis by regulating the expression of target genes, including those encoding heat shock proteins (HSPs). In the present study, the gene encoding HSF1 was cloned from the rice pest Chilo suppressalis, and designated Cshsf1. The deduced protein product, CsHSF1, contained conserved domains typical of the HSF1 family, including a DNA-binding domain, two hydrophobic heptad repeat domains, and a C-terminal transactivation domain. Real-time quantitative PCR showed that Cshsf1 was highly expressed in hemocytes. Expression analysis in different developmental stages of C. suppressalis revealed that Cshsf1 was most highly expressed in male adults. RNAi-mediated silencing of Cshsf1 expression reduced C. suppressalis survival at high temperatures. To investigate the regulatory interactions between Cshsf1 and Cshsps, the promoters and expression patterns of 18 identified Cshsps in C. suppressalis were analysed; four types of heat shock elements (HSEs) were identified in promoter regions including canonical, tail–tail, head–head, and step/gap. The expression of Cshsp19.0, Cshsp21.7B, Cshsp60, Cshsp70 and Cshsp90 was positively regulated by Cshsf1; however, Cshsp22.8, Cshsp702, Cshsp705 and Cshsp706 gene expression was not altered. This study provides a foundation for future studies of HSF1 in insects during thermal stress.  相似文献

We assessed the roles of the pulmonary and bronchial circulations as potential heat sources to the pulmonary airways during respiratory heat loss, by observing the changes in airstream temperature that accompanied temporary occlusion of the pulmonary or bronchial circulations. Baseline end-expiratory and end-inspiratory airstream temperatures were 35.4 +/- 0.2 degrees C (SEM) and 30.9 +/- 0.3 degrees C, respectively, among all trials. With occlusion of the lower lobe pulmonary arteries for 3 min ipsilateral end-expiratory and end-inspiratory airstream temperatures fell by 2.8 +/- 0.2 and 1.1 +/- 0.2 degrees C, respectively, during hyperpnea with room temperature air, and by 3.5 +/- 0.5 and 1.8 +/- 0.2 degrees C, respectively, during hyperpnea with frigid air. In marked contrast, interruption of the bronchial circulation for 3 min had no effect on airstream temperatures. These data indicate that under these conditions, the pulmonary circulation, but not the bronchial circulation, serves as an important local heat source for respiratory heat exchange within the pulmonary airways.  相似文献

During the June 1998 heat wave in New Orleans, 8 patients came to the emergency department of a large public hospital over a 14-day period. They were subsequently admitted to the intensive care unit with a diagnosis of heat stroke. On each of these days, the ambient temperature exceeded 33.3 degrees C (91.9 degrees F). Although the highest recorded temperature was only 35.6 degrees C (96 degrees F), the heat index reached a high of 44.5 degrees C (112 degrees F). Weather-related heat illnesses are well documented, but the reports rarely address contributing medications or drugs. In this series, 6 patients (75%) had been using medication or drugs known to induce or worsen hyperthermia. A seventh patient had been prescribed a phenothiazine, but actual use could not be established. An eighth patient had an unidentified agent detected on toxicologic screening. The most common drug identified was cocaine. Other drugs included diphenhydramine, tricyclic antidepressants, and phenothiazines. Six patients (75%) had rhabdomyolysis; 3 of them also had disseminated intravascular coagulation. There were 2 deaths, yielding a 25% mortality rate.  相似文献

Marching band students are athletes who practice outdoors under conditions that expose them to dehydration, heat exhaustion, and sunstroke. They suffer these heat-related injuries because breaking formation frequently to adequately hydrate is impractical. This project developed educational materials alerting the students and the director to heat-related illnesses and tested a simple method of fluid replacement that could be used during practice. A Heat Index chart was adapted to identify hazardous conditions; fluid intake recommendations were made based on the Heat Index. Students purchased a water bottle housed in an insulated belt that was worn during all outdoor rehearsals. Because water was readily available, the students were able to drink the necessary fluids without interrupting the rehearsal. These bottles have been used successfully for 3 years. Based on limited subjective data, the students reported feeling better, their mental acuity improved, and rehearsals were more productive. This article examines the effects of heat on the body and reports on a practical solution that has been found to protect marching band members from heat-related stress.  相似文献

The influence of the clothing material properties(like water absorbency and rapid dryness, water vapor absorption, water vapor permeability and air permeability) and the design factor of the clothing(like opening condition and fitting of clothing), which contributed to prevent heat disorder, was outlined. WBGT(wet-bulb globe temperature) is used to show a guideline for environmental limitation of activities to prevent heat disorder. As the safety function is more important than thermal comfort for some sportswear and protective clothing with high cover area, clothing itself increases the risk of heat disorder. WBGT is corrected by CAF (clothing adjustment factor) in wearing such kind of protective clothing.  相似文献
