目的 建立测定雪莲中芦丁和槲皮素含量的方法.方法 采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Agilent Zorbax SB-C18(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm),流动相为甲醇-0.04%磷酸溶液(40:60),流速1.0 ml·min-1,检测波长360 nm,柱温35 ℃.结果 芦丁和槲皮素的线性范围分别为0.01~0.20 μg和0.007~0.099 μg;r分别为0.9999和0.9997;平均回收率分别为102.1%(RSD=2.0%,n=6)和99.5%(RSD=1.4%,n=6).结论 所建法快速、简便、准确、重复性好,可作为雪莲药材质量控制的方法. 相似文献

紫丁香苷为天山雪莲的主要活性成分之一,本研究运用溶剂提取方法,结合各种色谱手段对天山雪莲组织细胞培养物中的紫丁香苷进行分离纯化,并根据现代谱学方法对其结构进行鉴定。同时采用高效液相色谱法建立了天山雪莲组织细胞培养物中紫丁香苷的含量测定方法,该方法简便,精密度、重现性良好,结果准确可靠。这些研究为通过天山雪莲细胞悬浮培养大规模生产活性成分紫丁香苷奠定了基础。

目的采用HPLC法建立天山雪莲大孔树脂提取物指纹图谱,并同时测定3种主要活性成分芦丁、紫丁香苷和绿原酸的含量。方法色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(含0.8%醋酸,0.2%三乙胺),梯度洗脱;检测波长为270 nm;流速为1 mL·min-1;柱温为30℃,记录各批次天山雪莲大孔树脂提取物的相关数据并同时测定3种主要活性成分的含量。结果确立了天山雪莲大孔树脂提取物指纹图谱,并同时测定3种主要活性成分的含量。结论该方法精密度、稳定性和重复性良好,采用指纹图谱并结合主要活性成分含量测定可稳定控制天山雪莲大孔树脂提取物的质量。 相似文献

AbstractExtracts and fractions from the aerial parts of herbal materials of Saussurea involucrata. Kar et Kir ex Maxim (Compositae) were investigated for their whitening activity against mouse-derived immortalized melanocyte cell line. The extract of wild herbs (FS2) possessed a better inhibition (28.2% growth) against melanin cells than that (46.7%) of cultivated herbs (FS1). The whole extracts and middle-polar partitioning fraction show the inhibitory effects, whereas the water-soluble parts show a poor activity in the same assay. 相似文献

目的探讨天山雪莲培养物的含药血清对大鼠腹腔巨噬细胞一氧化氯(N0)释放的影响。方法采用血清药理学方法,灌胃给予天山雪莲培养物3g/kg体重。结果天山雪莲培养物和原药材的醇提物0.5h含药血清对腹腔巨噬细胞NO释放的影响类似,能够抑制活化的腹腔巨噬细胞NO释放,且天山雪莲培养物醇提物(TCSauⅠ)的作用优于原药材醇提物(WSauⅠ),而2h和4h的含药血清药效则有所差别。 相似文献

目的:研究中药指纹图谱成分的获取与表征方法,增加表征信息量,提高指纹图谱特征峰的专属性、可靠性。方法:采用HPLC/DAD法对7个产地的雪莲进行了测定,以ODS C_(18)(150mm×6mm,5μm)为色谱柱,流动相为水(含0.61%柠檬酸)-乙腈-异丙醇(400∶188∶20),检测波长200~400nm。用Shimadzu DAD软件对不同产地雪莲色谱图中共有8强峰进行光谱相似检验。结果:不同产地雪莲的色谱指纹图中的共有8强峰的UV光谱图完全一致。光谱相似指数为1。结论:用UV光谱相似指数法进行雪莲色谱指纹图中共有峰的相似检验,在三维图基础上,增加了色谱峰的表征信息量,提高了指纹图谱特征峰的专属性、可靠性、建立了一种较科学的指纹图谱研究方法。 相似文献

目的探讨并比较新疆雪莲培养物(TCSauI)乙醇提取物的抗辐射损伤作用。方法小鼠灌胃给予TCSauI乙醇提取物,剂量8.3、16.6、24.9 mg.kg-1,每天灌胃1次共30 d,于灌胃后第20天将对照组与试验组用60Coγ-ray照射,剂量1.0 Gy,每天1次共10次。观察小鼠体质量、外周白细胞数、SOD活性、骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核率和平均存活时间的变化。结果与空白给药组相比,TC-SauI醇提物能使受照射小鼠的外周白细胞数、SOD活性和平均存活时间显著增加(P<0.01),骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核率显著降低(P<0.01)。结论新疆雪莲培养物乙醇提取物具有抗辐射作用。 相似文献

Seven sesquiterpene lactones were isolated by the chromatographic separation of the MeOH extract of the aerial parts of Saussurea calcicola (Compositae). Their structures were determined spectroscopically to be cynaropicrin (1), arguerin B (2), cebellin F (3), 8alpha-hydroxy-11alpha, 13-dihydrozaluzanin C (4), desacylcynaropicrin (5), 3beta-hydroxy-8alpha-epoxymethylacriloiloxy-4(15),10(14),11(13)-trien-guaian-6,12-olide (6), and kandavanolide (7). Compounds 1 and 2 showed significant cytotoxicity against five cultured human tumor cell lines with ED50 values ranging from 0.23-1.72 microg/mL. 相似文献

Saussurea involucrata (Kar. et Kir.) Sch. Bip. (family Asteraceae) is a rare traditional Chinese medicinal herb. A new guaianolide, 11 beta,13-dihydrodehydrocostuslactone-8-O-[6'-O-acetyl-beta-D-glucoside] (1), together with two known guaianolides, namely 11 beta,13-dihydrodehydrocostuslactone-8-O-beta-D-glucoside (2) and 3 alpha-hydroxyl-11 beta,13-dihydrodehydrocostuslactone-8-O-beta-D-glucoside (3), was isolated from the 95% ethanol extract of the whole plants. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral analysis. Their contents in the S. involucrata were determined by HPLC for the first time. Chromatographic separation was achieved on an Agilent Zorbax SB-C(18) column (250 mm x 4.6mm i.d., 5 microm) at 25 degrees C and the mobile phase was a mixture of acetonitrile and water in a mode of gradient elution detected at 209.8 nm at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. This method was validated in terms of selectivity, linearity, precision and accuracy. The linearity ranges were 0.066-0.44 microg for 1, 0.23-2.30 microg for 2, and 0.258-2.58 microg for 3, respectively. 相似文献

目的对新疆雪莲的化学成分进行研究。方法采用硅胶、凝胶柱色谱和重结晶等分离方法对体积分数为75%的新疆雪莲乙醇溶液提取物进行成分分离,通过谱学分析方法结合理化性质进行结构鉴定。结果共分离得到8个化合物,分别鉴定为大苞雪莲内酯(involucratolactone,1)、11α,13-dihydrozaluzanin-C(2)、dihydrozaluzanin-C(3)、7β-羟基谷甾醇(7β-hydroxysitosterol,4)、7β-羟基豆甾醇(stigmast-5,22-dien-3β,7β-diol,5)、山奈酚(kaempferol,6)、高车前素(hispidulin,7)、粗毛豚草素(jaceosidin,8)。结论化合物3、5为首次从风毛菊属植物中分离得到,化合物2、4为首次从新疆雪莲植物中分离得到。 相似文献

目的 探讨雪莲注射液对重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)的治疗作用。方法 将50例SAP患者采用随机数字表法分为常规治疗组(给予常规治疗)和雪莲注射液组(给予常规治疗+0.5%雪莲注射液肌内注射),各25例;另择健康体检者25例为正常对照组(不给予任何治疗)。治疗前及治疗后10 d,采用双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测血清Beclin-1、微管相关蛋白1轻链3(LC3)水平,ELISA法检测血清核因子(NF)-κB p65、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)-α、白细胞介素(IL)-1β及IL-10水平。评估常规治疗组和雪莲注射液组患者急性生理与慢性健康评分(APACHE)Ⅱ及胰腺改良CT严重指数评分(MCTSI),并记录其住院时间和腹痛缓解时间。结果 治疗前,常规治疗组和雪莲注射液组血清Beclin-1、LC3、NF-κB p65、TNF-α、IL-1β 和IL-10水平均明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后10 d常规治疗组和雪莲注射液组血清Beclin-1、LC3、NF-κB p65、TNF-α 和IL-1β水平较治疗前降低,且雪莲注射液组低于常规治疗组;IL-10水平较治疗前升高,且雪莲注射液组高于常规治疗组(P<0.05)。常规治疗组和雪莲注射液组APACHEⅡ、胰腺MCTSI评分较治疗前降低,且雪莲注射液组低于常规治疗组(P<0.05)。雪莲注射液组住院时间和腹痛缓解时间均低于常规治疗组(P<0.05)。结论 雪莲注射液对SAP患者有较好的辅助治疗作用,其作用机制与抑制胰腺腺泡细胞异常自噬及阻断炎症反应NF-κB信号通路有关。 相似文献

Four new compounds N-salicyl-3-hydroxyanthranilic acid methyl ester (1), N-(2′-dehydroxysalicyl)-3-hydroxyanthranilic acid methyl ester (2), methyl-4-β-D-allopyranosyl-ferulate (3), and methyl-4-β-D-gulopyranosyl-cinnamate (4), along with six known compounds (5–10), were isolated from the roots of Aconitum carmichelii Debx. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral data analysis, including 1D, 2D-NMR, and HR-ESI-MS. Compounds 1 and 2 showed the inhibition of nitric oxide (NO) production with IC50 values of 9.13 and 19.94 μM, respectively. 相似文献
