摘 要 目的:通过对陈皮药材及药渣中橙皮苷含量进行比较分析,为陈皮药渣的二次开发提供依据。方法: 色谱柱:Eclipse XDB- C18(280 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm)流动相:甲醇∶水∶冰醋酸(30∶66∶4);流速:1.0 ml·min-1;检测波长:283 nm。结果:橙皮苷与其它色谱峰分离良好。橙皮苷的线性范围在0.42~4.20 μg,r=0.999 7。陈皮药材的平均加样回收率为98.5%,RSD=2.12%(n=6);陈皮药渣的平均加样回收率为98.1%,RSD=2.35%(n=6)。结论:陈皮药渣中橙皮苷的提取量为陈皮药材中橙皮苷的提取量52%,表明陈皮药渣具有二次开发利用的价值。 相似文献

目的:优选医院中药制剂生产过程中陈皮的粉碎工艺。方法:以粉碎细度、干燥温度、干燥时间为可变因素,以挥发油含量、橙皮苷含量为考察指标,选用L9(34)表进行试验。结果:陈皮粉碎的适宜工艺为在50℃条件下干燥2h,粉碎成100目的细粉。结论:以该工艺制备的陈皮细粉适用于大多数需保留陈皮为中药原粉的制剂。 相似文献

Polymethoxylated flavones (PMFs) were extracted from Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae Viride using a procedure that obtained a consistent mixture of PMFs both in identity and proportion. The mixture consisted of isosinensetin (0.2%) (1), sinensetin (1.7%) (4), tetramethyl-o-isoscutellarein (0.3%) (5), nobiletin (40.5%) (6), tetramethyl-o-scutellarein (1.2%) (7), tangeretin (45.6%) (10), 5-demethylnobiletin (8.7%) (12), 5-demethyl tangeretin (0.8%) (14) and other flavonoids including heptamethoxyflavone (1.0%) (9), among which, compounds 1, 4, 5, 7 and 9 were identified based on their UV spectra, MS data and elution order described in the literature while compounds 6, 10, 12 and 14 were isolated and identified by UV, IR, MS, (1)H NMR, (13)C NMR and 2D NMR spectral studies. In addition, compound 14 was isolated and identified for the first time from Citrus. 相似文献

目的:采用超高效液相色谱串联四极杆轨道阱高分辨率质谱技术(UHPLC-Q-Exactive Orbitrap-MS)对四花青皮的成分进行定性分析。方法:分析采用ZORBAX Rclipse Plus C18色谱柱(2.1 mm×50 mm,1.8 μm),以0.1%甲酸水-乙腈为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速为0.4 mL·min-1,柱温40℃。结果:在正离子模式下,从四花青皮中共鉴定了32个成分,包括18个黄酮类化合物,7个有机酸类化合物,2个生物碱类成分和5个其他成分,其中14个成分为四花青皮中首次报道。结论:本方法适用于四花青皮中成分的快速鉴定,可为四花青皮的质量控制和进一步应用开发提供参考依据。 相似文献

目的比较橘白(Album Citri Reticulatae,ACR)与橘络(Cylindricae Citri Reticulatae,CCR)挥发油成分的异同。方法采用GC-MS进行检测,通过交互移动窗口因子分析法对重叠峰进行解析,实现ACR与CCR挥发油成分的定性、定量比较分析。结果 ACR与CCR分别定性出30和32种化合物,分别占挥发油总含量的92.03%和94.28%。两者有24个共有化合物,分别占到ACR与CCR挥发油总含量的89.38%和92.04%。结论 ACR与CCR挥发油成分在物质种类上差异较小,但各物质在含量上有明显差异。 相似文献

目的研究陈皮粥对妇科手术术后肛门排气的作用。方法将80例行妇科腹部手术的患者随机分为两组:观察组(40例)在术后12小时给予陈皮粥饮食;对照组(40例)在术后12小时给予半流质全粥饮食。观察两组术后肛门排气时间、术后焦虑程度、腹胀情况、术后改普食天数、总住院天数及手术天数。结果观察组术后肛门排气时间为(34.58±9.35)h,对照组为(47.73±9.85)h,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。术后焦虑程度、腹胀情况、普食时间,观察组优于对照组,患者总住院天数及手术后住院天数,两组差异无统计学意义。结论陈皮粥能有效地促进妇科手术术后肛门排气。 相似文献

Determination of hesperidin contents in Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae was performed by a simple extraction with methanol and semi-micro high-performance liquid chromatography with electrochemical detection (muHPLC-ECD). Chromatography was performed using a microbore octadecylsilica (ODS) column, methanol-water-phosphoric acid (40:60:0.5, v/v/v), as a mobile phase and applied potential at +0.9 V versus Ag/AgCl. Peak heights were found linearly related to the concentrations of hesperidin injected 9.16 ng/ml to 3.06 microg/ml (r>0.999). The detection limit (S/N=3) was 3.06 ng/ml (15.3 pg). Hesperidin of 305 ng/ml was detected with a relative standard deviation (R.S.D.) of 0.79% (n=5). Hesperidin in Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae was extracted with methanol, diluted with the mobile phase, and injected into the muHPLC-ECD for determination. The hesperidin content of Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae from four different districts in China were determined with R.S.D. of 3.59%, 2.29%, 2.36%, and 2.32% (n=5), respectively. Recoveries of hesperidin from the four Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae sources were 100.3%, 99.83%, 100.7%, and 100.6%, respectively. This method is useful for the determination of hesperidin in Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae, and especially so for instances when samples are sparse. 相似文献

目的:研究源于重庆产大红袍红橘的陈皮挥发油成分。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术测定挥发油成分;利用GC-MS数据分析与自动质谱退卷积定性系统(AMDIS)软件对挥发油总离子流(TIC)中的重叠峰进行解析。结果:共定性、定量了70个化合物,总含量为96.343%。含量最高的5个化合物分别为柠檬烯、芳樟醇、百里香酚、γ-萜品烯、α-甜橙醛,分别占总含量的48.089%、16.066%、6.776%、5.916%、2.899%。单萜烯(共13个)是含量最大的一类化合物,占56.062%;含氧化合物(共44个)占的比重较大,为36.497%,主要的几类物质是醇、酚、醛。结论:源于重庆产大红袍红橘的陈皮挥发油成分属于柠檬烯/芳樟醇化学型。GC-MS数据分析与AMDIS软件的联合使用可以较好地解决中药挥发油TIC中重叠峰解析的难题。本研究结果将促进重庆产大红袍红橘的深层次开发利用。 相似文献

目的:分析橘叶挥发油的化学成分。方法:采用水蒸汽蒸馏法提取橘叶挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱(GC/MS)联用法分析鉴定其化学成分,并应用面积归一法测定各成分的相对百分含量。结果:从橘叶挥发油中分离出50种化学组分,鉴定了其中34种,占总油量的83%。结论:橘叶挥发油中主要成分为β-榄香烯(19.96%)、石竹烯(10.27%)、石竹烯氧化物(8.78%)、[1R-(1a,3aβ,4a,7β)]-1,2,3,3a,4,5,6,7-八氢-1,4-二甲基-7-(1-甲基乙烯基)-薁(6.97%)、邻伞花烃(6.27%)等。 相似文献

In order to systematically investigate the chemical constituents of Citri Reticulatae Folium (leaves of ‘Fuju’), an analytical method that included high-performance liquid chromatography, diode array detection, electrospray ionization, and ion-trap time-of-flight mass spectrometry (HPLC-DAD-ESI-MSn) was used to separate and identify the individual chemical components of Citri Reticulatae Folium. As a result, 96 compounds were tentatively identified in this study: including 31 phenolic acids, 4 flavonoid aglycones, 6 flavonoid mono-O-glycosides, 10 flavonoid-O-diglycosides, 5 flavonoid mono-C-glycosides, 5 flavonoid di-C-glycosides, 6 flavonoid O,C-glycosides, 5 (3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl) glycosyl flavonoids, 1 flavan-3-ol,and 2 alkaloids. In addition, 21 polymethoxy flavonoids (PMFs) were identified in this paper. Among these compounds, 52 compounds, which were previouslyfound in other Citrus plants, have been identified for the first time in Citri Reticulatae Folium. 15 compounds have not been previously found in theCitrusgenus were identified. Moreover, 9 potentially new compounds have also been detected in this paper. This is the first report of the full characterization of chemical components of Citri Reticulatae Folium (leaves of ‘Fuju’) by HPLC-DAD-ESI-MSn. 相似文献

通过乙醇浸提法对陈皮中黄酮类化合物进行提取并对其含量进行测定,进一步通过铁还原能力实验和羟自由基消除率实验测定陈皮中黄酮提取物的抗氧化活性。研究结果表明:陈皮中黄酮化合物的含量达到24.43%,铁还原能力试验表明,陈皮提取物的IC50值为1.354 mg/ml,羟自由基清除率实验表明,当陈皮黄酮提取物的浓度为4 mg/ml时,清除率达到82.56%,其IC50值为1.340mg/ml。并且黄酮类化合物的浓度的增加,其抗氧化活性逐渐增强。 相似文献

目的 :建立小儿止咳口服液的质量标准。方法 :采用薄层色谱 (TLC)法对处方中的麻黄、陈皮、甘草等进行定性鉴别 ;用高效液相色谱法测定绿原酸的含量 ,流动相为甲醇 -水 (10∶90) ,流速为1 0ml/min ,检测波长为254nm。结果 :在TLC色谱中均能鉴别出麻黄、陈皮、甘草 ;绿原酸进样量在0 2μg~1 2μg范围线性关系良好 (r=0 9996) ,平均回收率为96 67 %,RSD=1 04 %。结论 :本方法可准确、快速地对小儿止咳口服液进行定性、定量检测 ,可用于该制剂的质量控制。 相似文献

对不同批次陈皮原药材的橙皮苷的含量进行测定,结果发现大部分陈皮橙皮苷的含量都低于中国药典含量限度;对陈皮进行提取、浓缩、干燥后,橙皮苷的含量损失很大。结论 :橙皮苷不稳定,作为含量测定的指标不是很合理。 相似文献
