脱敏肤色胶布将王不留行籽固定于耳穴肺、内鼻、外鼻、耳神门、内分泌、外耳、风溪和肾上腺，再用中号火罐于双侧肺俞穴和大号火罐在神阙穴用闪火法拔罐。共治疗了30例过敏性鼻炎患者，症状基本消失或完全消失11例，治疗后鼻塞、鼻痒、喷嚏、清涕等症状减轻或发作次数减少17例，治疗前后症状无明显改善2例。

目的:观察针药结合治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效.方法:针对不同体质,用针刺、艾灸、鼻嗅和内服中药的综合治疗方法,观察患者年龄、证型、病程与疗效的关系.结果:治疗92例,显效68例,有效16例,无效8例,总有效率91.3%.肺经燥热型及病程20年以上者疗效较差.结论:针药结合治疗变应性鼻炎疗效确切.     

Clinical observations on 30 cases of chronic simple pharyngitis treated by acupuncture plus cupping method

目的：观察针刺加拔罐治疗慢性咽炎的临床疗效。方法：将慢性咽炎患者60例随机分为两组，治疗组30例，采用针罐治疗；对照组30例，采用常规的抗炎、抗病毒治疗。观察两组的，临床疗效。结果：治疗组总有效28／30，对照组为24／30。治疗组疗效明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：针刺加拔罐治疗慢性咽炎的疗效好。

目的：观察针刺配合刺络走罐治疗痤疮的疗效。方法：将60例痤疮患者随机分为两组，治疗组采用针刺配合刺络走罐；对照组采用针刺治疗，两组均治疗30天后观察疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：针刺配合刺络走罐治疗痤疮能有效提高该病的有效率。

以清泄湿热,养血润燥为治则,取曲池、百虫窝、合谷、三阴交、行间和内庭为主穴,针刺配合刺络拔罐治疗湿疹患者54例.治愈23例,显效24例,无效7例,总有效率87.0%.

针灸治疗带状疱疹43例加拔罐,收到良好的效果。     

针刺治疗过敏性鼻炎疗效观察

目的:探求过敏性鼻炎的有效针灸治法。方法:将135例过敏性鼻炎患者随机分为观察组、对照Ⅰ组、对照Ⅱ组,每组45例。观察组穴取迎香、上迎香、印堂、合谷,配风池、大椎、肺俞针刺治疗;对照Ⅰ组单纯针刺迎香、上迎香、印堂、合谷治疗;对照Ⅱ组予以口服鼻炎康片,每次4片,每日3次。3组均每日治疗1次,10次为一疗程,治疗2个疗程并随访半年后进行疗效比较。结果:观察组总有效率91.1%,对照Ⅰ组总有效率71.1%,对照Ⅱ组总有效率46.7%,3组疗效比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);3组痊愈病例1年后复发率比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:针刺治疗过敏性鼻炎疗效肯定,前后配穴法针刺效果更好。

Treatment of hemiplegia and joint contracture after apoplexy by acupuncture plus cupping therapy: A report of 52 cases

Objective: To study the treatment method of apoplectic joint contracture.Method: Fifty-two cases were treated with acupuncture plus cupping and thirty cases were treated with acupuncture alone as the control group.Result and conclusion: The effective rate of the former and later were 100% and 93.3% respectively, combined treatment of acupuncture and cupping was superior to acupuncture alone (P<0.05).
