| 摘 要： | 目的了解北京市手足口病重症病例流行特征,为进一步制定防控措施提供科学依据。方法对2009年北京市手足口病重症病例进行流行病学分析。结果 97.06%的手足口病重症患儿年龄5岁,男性多于女性,散居儿童重症构成比高于其他人群,随着年龄上升,重症构成比有下降趋势。手足口病及早得到正确诊断,进展为重症的可能性越小。外地户籍患儿重症构成比为本地的2倍,EV71感染患儿重症构成比为CoxA16的4.90倍。结论应在外来人口聚集地等重点地区,针对小年龄组儿童家长,有针对性地开展宣传教育工作,以降低手足口病重症率。

| Abstract: | Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of severe cases of hand foot and mouth disease （HFMD） in Beijing and provide scientific evidence for the prevention and control of HFMD. Methods The analysis was conducted on the data of severe cases of HFMD in Beijing in 2009. Results Up to 97.06% of severe cases of HFMD were the children less than 5 years old and more boys were found than girls. The proportion of severe cases for children outside child care settings was higher than others. The severe case proportion became smaller in older age groups. The more rapidly the diagnosis of HFMD was made,the possibility to become severe case was smaller. The cases in floating population was 2 times more than that in local population and the cases caused by EV71 was 4.90 times more than that by CA16. Conclusion It is necessary to conduct health education among floating population to increase children parents＇awareness of HFMD and reduce the incidence of severe case of HFMD. |
