| 摘 要： | 目的通过对呼和浩特地区暗娼人群艾滋病相关知识和行为的调查分析,评价此人群综合干预措施的效果,为今后制定暗娼人群干预策略提供参考依据。方法艾滋病(AIDS)相关知识的知晓率[艾滋病传播途径知识知晓率和非传播途径知识的知晓率(UNGASS)指标:联合国艾滋病特别会议构建的核心指标]、安全套使用率及求医行为状况采用问卷调查方法。结果 2008年呼和浩特地区暗娼人群艾滋病相关知识知晓率(37.7%)、最近一次安全套使用率(86.3%)、正确求医率(60.0%)明显高于2006年基线调查结果。结论通过2年的综合干预,呼和浩特市暗娼人群艾滋病相关知识知晓率、安全套使用率、正确求医率得到明显提高,可有效控制艾滋病在此人群中的传播速度,综合干预措施值得在暗娼人群艾滋病干预中广泛应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of the intervention on AIDS prevention and control among the female sex workers（FSWs） in Hohhot.Methods The questionnaire survey of AIDS knowledge awareness and risk behavior was conducted among the FSWs.Results In 2008,the HIV/AIDS related knowledge awareness rate（NUGASS indicator） was 37.7% among the FSWs,the condom use rate was 86.3% at the latest commercial sex and the rate of correct medical care seeking was 60.0%,which were significantly higher than the results of the baseline survey in 2006.Conclusion The awareness rate of AIDS related knowledge,the condom use rate and the rate of correct medical care seeking among the FSWs were increased significantly by the intervention from 2006 to 2008,which could contribute to the control of AIDS transmission among this population and could be conduct among all FSWs. |
