| 摘 要： | 目的探讨脑卒中后体象障碍与卒中部位的关系。方法对脑卒中后并发体象障碍的60例患者进行卒中部位的分析。结果60例中顶叶病变者32例(53.3%),丘脑病变者18例(30%),胼胝体病变者2例(3.3%),顶叶及丘脑均有病变者8例(13.3%)。结论体象障碍临床表现复杂多样,最常见于顶叶病变,丘脑病变其次,少数还可见于胼胝体病变。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relationship between body-image disturbance and the areas of stroke.Methods Sixty patients with body-image disturbance were studied to analyze their stroke areas.Results Among sixty cases,thirty-two cases were parietallobe lesion(53.3%),eighteen cases were thalamus lesion(30%);two cases were corpus callosum stroke(3.3%),eight cases were parietallobe and thalamus stroke(13.3%).Conclusion Clinical manifestation of patients with body-image disturbance is complicated.Body-image disturbance after stroke often appears in the case of parietallobe stroke,secondly appears in thalamus stroke,and occasionally appears in corpus callosum stroke. |
