淋病奈瑟菌耐药外排泵研究进展

摘    要:淋病奈瑟菌多重耐药是淋病防治的一项难题,主动外排系统是引起该菌多重耐药的主要机制。至今发现淋病奈瑟菌4个外排泵系统,分别为:MtrCDE、MacAB、NorM和FarAB,在一些菌株还发现MtrF泵蛋白。本文就外排泵系统的组成、功能、基因调控等方面的研究现状进行综述。

Abstract:Multidrug resistance of Neisseria gonorrhea is a challenge in the treatment of gonorrhea. It is found that efflux pump system is the main mechanism of multidrug resistance of gonococcus. Four efflux pump systems of Neisseria gonorrhea have been found: MtrCDE, MacAB, NorM and FarAB. MtrF pump protein has been found in some strains. The current research of the composition, function, gene regulation of efflux pump is reviewed in this paper.
