| 摘 要： | 目的 了解女性性工作者艾滋病感染情况及其相关行为动态变化特征。方法 自1995年起采用重复横断面调查方法，每年在固定时间、固定地点对妇教所女性性工作者的HIV感染及其相关行为进行连续监测。结果 共监测女性性工作者3630人，检出HIV抗体阳性者8例，阳性率在0～0.80%之间，梅毒确认阳性45例，阳性率在0～4.91%之间。1995-2007年间女性性工作者每次都用安全套的比例呈逐年上升趋势，趋势检验差异有统计学意义（Хsup2/sup＝863.96, P＜0.0001）。结论 女性性工作者中HIV流行仍处于较低水平，在性乱人群中深入持久开展健康宣传、推广100%使用安全套等行为干预是预防和控制艾滋病流行和蔓延的有效措施。
