哌替啶配伍异丙嗪及利多卡因在人工流产中的应用

摘    要:目的:探讨哌替啶配伍异丙嗪及利多卡因在人工流产术中镇痛作用的有效性及可行性。方法:将200例行人工流产术患者随机分为两组,各100例。观察组术前20 min肌注哌替啶100 mg,异丙嗪25 mg。术前5 min 1%利多卡因宫旁神经阻滞麻醉;对照组术前5 min 1%利多卡因宫旁神经阻滞麻醉,手术方法两组相同。结果:宫颈松弛程度、人工流产综合征发生率两组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01),而子宫收缩、术中出血量两组比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:哌替啶配伍异丙嗪及利多卡因镇痛在人工流产术中具有确切效果,同时该方法安全,费用低,无需麻醉师配合,值得基层医院临床推广。

Abstract:Objective: To study the usefulness and feasibility of pethidine and promenthazine combined with lidocaine on painless artificial abortion.Methods: Two hundred healthy women were randomly assigned to receive pethidine and promethazine before artificial abortion(n=100),or no pre-operative medication(control group n=100).Pethidine 100 mg and promethazine 25 mg were intra musculan injected 20 minutes before artificial abortion,then combined with 1% lidocaine injected beside cervical 5 minutes later.Results: The analgesic effect,the incidence of artificial abortion syndrome and the degree of cervical relaxation were significantly different between pethidine promithazine combined with lidocaine group and control group(P<0.01).Uterine contraction and the total amount of vaginal bleeding was not significantly different between tow groups(P>0.05).Conclusion: Injection of pethidine and promenthazine combined with lidocaine on painless artificial abortion has effects of exact analgesic,relaxation cervical and prevention artificial abortion syndrome.It is a simple,safe and inexpensive measure without assistance of anesthetist and suitable for basic-level hospital use.
