复方紫草烫伤软膏治疗中小面积烧伤疗效观察

摘    要:目的:探讨复方紫草烫伤软膏治疗中小面积烧伤的疗效。方法:以120例烧伤患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各60例,对照组予美宝烫伤膏,观察组给予复方紫草烫伤软膏。结果:观察组治愈率95.0%,高于对照组80.0%(P0.05);观察组浅Ⅱ度创面愈合时间为(9.23.1)d,明显短于对照组的(13.33.2)d(P0.01),2组愈合后创面均无明显瘢痕;观察组深Ⅱ度创面愈合时间为(15.33.2)d,亦显著短于对照组的(202.6)d(P0.01)。结论:复方紫草烫伤软膏治疗中小面积烧伤治愈率高,愈合时间短。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the effects of compound lithospermum ointment in the treatment of middle and small small area burn. Methods:One hundred and twenty patients with burn were randomly divided into control group and observation group (60 cases each group). The control group and observation group were treated with Mabel burn cream and compound lithospermum ointment, respectively. Results: The cure rate in the observation group ( 95.0% ) was higher than that in the control group ( 80.0% ) ( P 〈 0.05 ). The healing time of observation group with shallow Ⅱ wound (9.2 ± 3.1 ) d was shorter than that in control group ( 15.3 ±3.2) d (P 〈 0.01 ). No obvious scar in the healing wound in two groups was found. The healing time of observation group with deep Ⅱ wound ( 15.3 ± 3.2 ) d was shorter than that in control group (20 ± 2.6) d ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusions : Compound lithospermum ointment in the treatment of middle and small small area burn is high cure rate and short healing time.
