| 摘 要： | 目的:了解尖锐湿疣(condyloma acuminatum,CA)患者的人乳头状瘤病毒(human papilloma virus,HPV)感染情况。方法:应用荧光定量PCR技术对68例CA患者和160例CA亚临床患者进行HPV6型、11型、16型和18型检测。结果:男性患者和女性患者的HPV阳性率分别为78.99%和77.78%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);CA患者疣体组织和亚临床患者皮损标本的检出率分别为95.59%和71.25%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);179例HPV阳性病例中,感染HPV6型、11型占76.54%,感染HPV16型、18型占8.94%,HPV6型、11型、16型和18型混合感染占14.52%。结论:CA患者HPV感染无性别差异,且疣体组织的检出率高于其他皮损标本,HPV感染以低危型的6型和11型为主。
