Abstract: | (NZB × NZW) F1 hybrid mice could be readily made tolerant to NRG by neonatal injection or, in adult life, by use of cyclophosphamide even with ALG as the inducing stimulus. Many could also be made tolerant by an injection of NRG alone. No difference was found between this group and mice of other strains in this regard, and tolerance when induced in the neonatal animals could be maintained for over nine months without any tendency to waning. |
