| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨综合治疗对脑卒中后偏瘫患者肩关节半脱位的疗效情况.方法:将56例脑卒中肩关节半脱位患者随机分为观察组28例和对照组28例,2组患者均采用神经科常规药物治疗,观察组增加康复及针灸治疗1个月.治疗前后分别对偏瘫侧上肢运动功能采用患者上肢疼痛VAS评分、简化Fugl- meyer评分、BI评分进行分析.结果:经相应...
