摘    要:目的:研究分析自由体位结合仿真分娩模拟课堂对产妇产程时间、分娩恐惧的影响。方法:选取2022年4月~2023年4月时间段,于我院收治的产妇100例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组52例与观察组48例,对照组采用常规干预及传统的半卧位分娩方式分娩,观察组采用自由体位结合仿真分娩模拟课堂。对产妇的产程时间、产程VAS评分、分娩恐惧、HAMA评分及分娩结局进行研究分析。结果:两组间相比较,对照组产妇第一产程、第二产程、第三产程、总产程时间及产妇第一产程、第二产程、第三产程的VAS评分相比均显著性高于观察组;经干预后,观察组产妇分娩恐惧、HAMA评分相比均低于对照组,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。在两组产妇中阴道助产、自然分娩、中转剖宫产、满意度相比较,观察组优于对照组,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。干预前两组产妇分娩恐惧、HAMA评分相比,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:产妇应用自由体位结合仿真分娩模拟课堂,能够缓解产妇心理状态及分娩恐惧,降低产妇的产程时间,避免不良事件的发生,值得进一步应用推广。

Abstract:Objective: To study and analyze the effects of free position combined with simulated labor simulation class on maternal labor duration and fear of labor.Methods:A total of 100 pregnant women admitted to our hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were divided into control group (52 cases) and observation group (48 cases) according to random number table method. The control group received conventional intervention and traditional delivery, and the observation group received free position combined with simulated delivery simulation class. The duration of labor, VAS score, fear of labor, HAMA score and maternal delivery outcome were studied and analyzed.Results: Compared between the two groups, the first stage of labor, the second stage of labor, the total labor time and the pain scores of the first stage of labor, the second stage of labor and the third stage of labor in the control group were significantly higher than those in the observation group. After intervention, the fear of childbirth and HAMA scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with statistical differences (P < 0.05). In comparison of vaginal midwifery, natural delivery, cesarean section and satisfaction, the observation group was superior to the control group, with statistical difference (P < 0.05). There were no significant differences in the fear of childbirth and HAMA scores between the two groups before intervention (P > 0.05). Conclusion: The application of free position combined with simulated labor simulation class can alleviate the psychological state and fear of labor, reduce the labor time of patients, and avoid the occurrence of adverse events, which is worthy of further application and promotion.
