摘 要: | 翼状胬肉是人群中常见的一种眼表疾病,其危险因素主要是紫外线照射,发病机制主要有氧化应激、光毒性、细胞增殖凋亡、细胞外基质重塑、炎症与免疫调控等。已发现了参与上述机制的多种重要蛋白,但它们在翼状胬肉中的调控信号通路尚不清楚,目前认为是多种机制共同作用的结果,其较完整的发病机制还有待进一步探索。就翼状胬肉的不同发病机制进行综述,以期待更好地了解翼状胬肉的发生发展,寻求新的治疗靶点和治疗方法,从而改善手术效果并减少术后复发。

Abstract: | Pterygium is a common ocular surface disease in the population and its risk factors are mainly ultraviolet radiation. The pathogenesis mainly includes oxidative stress, phototoxicity, cell proliferation and apoptosis, extracellular matrix remodeling, inflammation and immune regulation. A variety of important proteins involved in the above mechanisms have been identified, but their regulatory signaling pathways in pterygium are still unclear and are currently considered to be the result of a combination of mechanisms, and their relatively complete pathogenesis needs further exploration. This paper aims to review the different pathogenesis of pterygium in order to better understand the occurrence and development of pterygium and seek new therapeutic targets and methods, so as to improve the surgical effect and reduce postoperative recurrence. |
