| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨气管支架在良性气管狭窄中的临床应用价值。方法:8例良性气管狭窄患者在数字减影血管造影透视下行气管支架植入术。结果:8例患者支架一次置放成功,共植入9枚支架,包括5枚主气管支架,2枚主气管-支气管支架及2枚支气管支架。术后患者呼吸困难等症状均明显改善。结论:气管支架植入是治疗良性气管狭窄安全、快速、有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the role of tracheal stent in benign tracheal stenosis.Methods:Eight cases of benign tracheal stenosis were implanted the tracheal stent with the guidance of accurate digital substrution angiography positioning.Results:All stents were implanted successfully for one time.There were altogether 9 stents implanted,including 5 tracheal stents,2 tracheal-bronchial stents and 2 bronchial stents.The symptoms of dyspnea and respiratory rapidity were quickly relieved after treatment.Conclusions:P... |
