| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨p21^WAF1/CIP1在肺癌中的生物学功能，方法：用免疫组化法检测62例肺癌和14例正常肺组织石蜡切片p21^WAF1/CIP1的染色强度。结果：1．p21^WAF1/CIP1定位于细胞核或细胞浆。2．小细胞肺癌是与非小细胞肺中核p21^WAF1/CIP1表达存在显著性差异（P＜0．005），浆p21^WAF1/CIP1则不存在显著性差异（P＜0．005）。核与浆p21^WAF1/CIP1表达的对比在高，低分化肺癌中具有显著性差异P＜0．05）。结论：肺癌细胞p21^WAF1/CIP1的生物学功能可能依其定位、量表达的高低及组织学类型的不同而存在差异。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the biological function of p21 WAF1/CIP1 in the lung cancer.Methods p21 WAF1/CIP1 expression was immunohistochemically analyzed in paraffin embeded sample from 76 patients with surgically resected and fiberoptic bronchoscopy biopsy lung diseases,including 62 lung cancer samples and 14 normal lung tissue samples.Results 1.p21 WAF1/CIP1 was located either in the cell nuclear or in the cell plasma.2. Not plasma but nuclear p21 WAF1/CIP1 expression was significantly different between SCLC and NSCLC,while neither of them was correlate with other clinical parameter of lung cancer.3.Nuclear p21 WAF1/CIP1 /plasma p21 WAF1/CIP1 was related to the differentiation of lung cancer. Conclusion The biological function of nuclear p21 WAF1/CIP1 and plasma p21 WAF1/CIP1 may depended on their site,quantities and histologic tumor classification of lung cancer. |
