| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨Metadherin蛋白(MTDH)在卵巢癌组织中的表达情况及临床意义。方法:选取56例卵巢癌患者,免疫组织化学法检测卵巢癌组织中MTDH表达,并结合MTDH表达情况分析临床病理数据。结果:56例卵巢癌MTDH表达阳性率为53.6%(30/56)。卵巢癌肿瘤分期Ⅲ/Ⅳ期患者MTDH表达阳性率明显高于Ⅰ/Ⅱ期患者(P <0.01),淋巴结转移患者MTDH表达阳性率高于无淋巴结转移患者(P <0.05),但在患者不同年龄、肿瘤组织学类型及分级和有无腹水间差异均无统计学意义(P >0.05)。结论:卵巢癌中存在MTDH高表达,其可能在肿瘤生长和发展过程中发挥作用,对患者治疗及预后具有一定价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the clinical significance of metadherin( MTDH) expression in ovarian cancer. Methods:The MTDH expression in 56 patients with ovarian cancer were detected using immunohistochemistry, the related pathological data was analyzed. Results:The expression positive rate of MTDH in 56 patients was 53. 6%(30/56). The expression positive rate of MTDH in stageⅢ/Ⅳ patients was significantly higher than that in stageⅠ/Ⅱpatients(P<0. 01),the expression positive rate of MTDH in patients with lymph node metastasis was significantly higher than that in patients without lymph node metastasis(P<0. 05),and the differences of MTDH expression in different age,tumor histology,staging and ascites were not statistically significant(P>0. 05). Conclusions:The MTDH expression in ovarian cancer is high,which may play an important role in growth and development of tumor,and can guide the treatment and predict prognosis. |
