| 摘 要： | 【摘要】目的观察皮肤斜面切口联合加压敷料抑制切口疤痕形成的临床效果。方法我院124例Ⅰ类切口择期手术，随机分为研究组（皮肤斜面切口联合加压敷料处理皮肤切口）和对照组（传统皮肤切口及缝合皮肤），分析两组不同皮肤切口处理方式对术后切口愈合的影响。结果对术后124例患者进行随访，研究组68例，对照组56例。患者切口Ｉ期愈合率研究组为99.4%，对照组为98.8%，两组差异无统计学意义，术后2个月测切口疤痕最大宽度，研究组平均值为0.7 mm，对照组平均值为1.3 mm，差异具有统计学意义。结论运用皮肤斜切口联合加压敷料可以明显抑制皮肤疤痕形成，美容效果明显。 |

| Abstract: | 【Abstract］】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of skin incision by inclined plane incision combined with compression dressing to prevent the formation of skin incision scar. Methods 124 cases in our hospital undergoing elective surgical with class I incision, were assigned to observation group （inclined plane incision combined with compression dressing, n=68）and control group（traditional skin incision and suture of the skin, n=68）, and the effect of different skin incisions on the healing of incision were analyzed in two groups. The width of the average incision scar was measured in two months after operation in two groups. Results After operation, all of 124 cases were followed up for two months. Patients with stage I incision healing rate was 99.4% in the observation group, the control group was 98.8%, and there was no significant difference between the two groups. The width of the average incision scar was 0.7 mm in the observation group, and 1. 3 mm in the control group, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion In our study, the treatment of by using inclined plane incision combined with pressure dressing abbreviated the formation of skin scar, and showed the cosmetic effect. |
