系统营养干预在胃癌化疗患者中的应用

摘    要:目的:观察系统营养干预在胃癌化疗患者中的临床疗效。方法:将本组60例患者随机分为2组,分别为营养干预组(治疗组)30例,对照组30例。对治疗组30例患者进行系统的营养干预,观察两组患者在治疗前后SGA营养评定结果和体重、体重指数(BMI)、血红蛋白(HGB)、血清白蛋白(ALB)、血清前白蛋白(PA)和淋巴细胞(LYM)总数的化验结果,生活质量及患者的住院时间、住院费用。结果:治疗后治疗组SGA营养状况优于对照组;治疗后治疗组体重、BMI、血红蛋白、血清白蛋白、血清前白蛋白和淋巴细胞总数及生活质量均优于对照组;治疗后治疗组住院费用和住院时间均少于对照组。结论:系统营养干预能提高患者生活质量,缩短住院时间,减少住院费用,值得在临床推广。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical effect of systematic nutritional intervention for gastric tumor patients with chemotherapy.Methods:All 60 patients were divided into treatment group(n=30) and control group(n=30) randomly.Systematic nutritional intervention was used in treatment group(n=30) patients.Nutritional asessment of sga and body weight,BMI,hemoglobin,serum albumin,serum prealbumin,total lymphocytes and quality of life and hospitalization time and hospitalization expenses were observed.Results:The treatment group was superior to control group in nutritional status and body weight,BMI,hemoglobin,serum albumin,serum prealbumin,total lymphocytes and quality of life.The hospitalizationtime and hospitalization expenses in the treatment group was less than that in the control group.Conclusion:Systematic nutritional intervention can improve the quality of life,shorten hospitalization time,decrease expenditure.
