摘    要:肾素-血管紧张素系统(renin-angiotensin system,RAS)是人类重要的体液调节系统,对维持心血管内稳态和水电解质平衡至关重要,近年来的研究显示RAS与肿瘤发生发展、血管的形成和转移密切相关。RAS主要通过经典的ACE-AngⅡ-AT1轴以及ACE2-Ang(1-7)-Mas替代轴发挥作用,ACE-AngⅡ-AT1轴与导致肿瘤的生物学过程相关,ACE2-Ang(1-7)-Mas轴是ACE-AngⅡ-AT1轴的反向调节轴,ACE2-Ang(1-7)-Mas轴的激活对大多数肿瘤增殖和转移起抑制作用,本文现就这两条轴与肿瘤的关系进行阐述。

Abstract:The renin-angiotensin system (RAS) is an important humoral regulatory system in human and essential for maintaining cardiovascular homeostasis and water-electrolyte balance.Recent studies have shown that RAS is closely related to tumor development,vascular formation and metastasis.RAS mainly acts through the classical ACE-AngⅡ-AT1 axis and the ACE2-Ang(1-7)-Mas alternative axis.The ACE-AngⅡ-AT1 axis is associated with the biological processes leading to tumors,while the ACE2-Ang(1-7)-Mas axis is the counter-regulatory axis of the ACE-AngⅡ-AT1 axis.The activation of the ACE2-Ang(1-7)-Mas axis plays an inhibitory role in the proliferation and metastasis of most tumors.In this paper,the relationship between these two axes and tumors was described.
