| 摘 要： | 毛发红糠疹病因及发病机制不明，通常对传统治疗抵抗。由于缺乏高质量的证据，目前尚无治疗指南，维A酸类药物被普遍作为一线治疗，近年来生物制剂被证明在严重难治性病例中有快速、显著的疗效。本文就PRP治疗方法进行综述。

| Abstract: | The etiology and pathogenesis of pityriasis rubra pilaris remains unclear, and it is often resistant to conventional treatment. Due to the lack of high-quality evidence, there are currently no treatment guidelines. Retinoids are considered as first-line therapy, and in recent years biologics have been shown to have rapid and significant responses in severe refractory cases. The treatments of pityriasis rubra pilaris are reviewed. |
