| Abstract: | Colorectal cancer is one of the malignant tumors with extremely high morbidity and mortality, and the development of its therapeutic drugs is a hot topic. With the study of EGFR, VEGFR and other targets, targeted therapy has been used as a new treatment strategy for colorectal cancer, which has good clinical results, and has achieved the transformation from basic research to clinical application, but there are problems such as resistance inevitably. Therefore, to get new targets and develop new targeted drugs has become the major project. This article will review the current status of colorectal cancer's targeted therapy and the current clinical research. |
