取环前后抗缪勒氏管激素检测结合经阴道超声检查评价卵巢储备功能:附40例报告

摘    要: 目的 探讨抗缪勒氏管激素(AMH)水平结合经阴道超声检查在评价卵巢储备功能的临床应用。 方法 选择40例月经正常的女性,于取环前后抽取外周血,应用Cobas e411全自动电化学发光免疫分析仪检测血清AMH,并根据经阴道超声检查窦卵泡计数(AFC)的结果,将其分成取环前后两组进行血清AMH检测水平进行配对t检验统计学比较。 结果 取环前与取环后两组间比较P>0.05 两组间比较无统计学意义;取环前与取环后血清AMH与经阴道超声检查窦卵泡计数呈显著正相关(r=0.999,P<0.01)。 结论 卵巢储备功能不受节育环的影响;血清抗缪勒氏管激素(AMH)检测结合经阴道超声检查窦卵泡计数两项指标能全面评价卵巢储备功能的指标。

Abstract: Objective To discuss the clinical practice of anti-Miao Leshi the tube hormone (AMH) level union after the vagina supersonic inspection in the appraisal ovary reserve function. Methods A total of 40 menstruation normal female were chosed, around Yu Quhuan extracts the circumference blood, applies Cobas e411 completely automatic electrochemistry illumination immunity analyzer examination blood serum AMH, and according to passes through the vagina supersonic to inspect the Dou graafian follicle to count the (AFC) result, divides into it takes the link first and last groups to carry on the blood serum AMH examination level to carry on pairs the T-test statistics comparison. Results There were no significant differences between indicates from before taking link out and after taking link (P>0.052); AMH was significantly correlated with AFC(r=0.999, P<0.01). Conclusion Ovarian reserve function is not affected by coil; Blood incorruptible and unbending Miao Leshi the tube hormone(AMH) examination union supersonic inspects the Dou graafian follicle after the vagina to count the (AFC) two items to be able to appraise the ovary reserve function comprehensively the target.
