摘 要: | 目的 探讨家兔碘气吸入双能CT肺通气碘图显像的可行性。 方法 本研究将18只家兔随机抽签分组,每组6只,吸入碘海醇(300 mgI/ml)和生理盐水比例分别为1∶3(实验组1)、1∶2(实验组2)、2∶3(实验组3)的压缩雾化碘气。用15%水合氯醛按1.0 ml/kg在家兔空腹下先行腹腔麻醉,然后开辟耳缘静脉,用速眠新Ⅱ按0.5 ml/kg追加静脉麻醉,使麻醉达到理想状态。在麻醉状态下分别雾化吸入不同比例碘水,利用双源CT (DSCT)双能量扫描,进行图像后处理获取碘图,进行图像主客观评价分析。 结果 3名医师对图像质量主观评分的一致性较好(Kappa=0.786)。各组总体评分:实验组1(3.25±0.50)分、实验组2(4.40±0.44)分、实验组3(4.20±0.40)分。总体及各部位主观评分比较,实验组2评分最高;客观评价的实验组1与实验组2的比较,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);实验组3与实验组2比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组2(1/2比例碘海醇加生理盐水)是本实验最佳显像效果的雾化浓度。碘气雾化吸入后150、210、270 s为本实验最佳时相。实验组家兔肺通气后肺泡内碘分布总体上较均匀,图像评分均在3分以上。 结论 通过碘气吸入双能量CT在家兔肺通气碘图的初步研究能证明,碘肺通气显像是可行的,并且能较好掌握雾化浓度及扫描时间。

Preliminary study of lung iodine map by dual-energy CT after inhalation of Iodine gas in rabbits |

Abstract: | Objective To study the feasibility of pulmonary ventilation imaging by dual-source CT(DSCT) after inhalation of Iodine gas in rabbits. Methods A total of 18 experimental rabbits were divided into group 1(1/3),group 2(1/2),and group 3(2/3) according to the proportion of inhaled Iohexol(300 mgI/ml) and normal saline,with 6 in each group.The intraperitoneal anesthesia was performed with 15% chloral hydrate (1 kg/ml) in a fasting state.The marginal ear vein was then opened.Sumianxin Ⅱ(1 kg/0.5 ml) was used for additional venous anesthesia in order to reach an ideal state.The iodine gas with different concentration was aerosol inhaled by the rabbits under anesthesia for DSCT scanning.After the post-processing of the DSCT images,the iodine imaging was obtained for the subjective and objective evaluation. Results The subjective rating of imaging qualities was consistently preferable(Kappa=0.786).The total scores in the three groups were 3.25±0.5,4.40±0.44,and 4.20±0.40,respectively.Group 2 had the highest total and subjective scores.The comparison of objective rating between group 1 and group 2 was statistically significant(P<0.05),while between group 2 and group 3 was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Group 2 (one iohexol plus two saline) was the best concentration for DSCT imaging;150 s,210 s and 270 s after the aerosol inhalation were the best phases for observation.The distribution of iodine in the lung was generally uniform for this group,with all pictures rating above 3. Conclusion It is feasible to study the rabbit pulmonary ventilation by aerosol inhaling iodine gas DSCT. |
