| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨脑力苏胶囊对小鼠脑组织海马细胞增殖及凋亡的影响.方法:采用双侧颈总动脉结扎反复脑缺血再灌注的方法制备血管性痴呆小鼠模型.模型成功建立后将其随机分为模型组、假手术组、西药喜得镇组、脑力苏高剂量组、脑力苏低剂量组,后3组为治疗组.给药15 d后进行行为学测验,并采用流式细胞术检测各组海马细胞增殖指数及凋亡率的变化...

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effects of Naolisu capsule on proliferation and apoptosis expression in hippocampus cell of mice with vascular dementia.
