| 摘 要： | ０．５％和１．０％葛根素滴眼液对由眼球结膜下注射地塞米松引起的家兔眼高压模型有降低眼内压（ＩＯＰ）的作用，作用强度和药物浓度之间有相关性。１．０％葛根素滴眼液与０．５％噻吗洛尔滴眼液相比，降ＩＯＰ的趋势相似。但在维持低ＩＯＰ的作用方面，用药后６ｈ后者优于前者；２４ｈ则前者优于后者。０．５％和１．０％葛根素滴眼液均对兔耳缘静脉快速注射葡萄糖而引起的眼压升高有抑制作用。与０．５％噻吗洛尔滴眼液相比作用相似。

| Abstract: | Both 0 5% and 1 0% puerarin eyedrops had the lowing IOP (intraocular pressure) effect on the chronic ocular hypertensive model that was obtained by infusion of dexamethasone sodium phosphate injection in the bulbar conjunctiva of the superior corneal margin of rabbit eye, and the intensity of the effect was interrelated puerarin concentration The lowing IOP trend of 1 0% puerarin eyedrops was similar to that of 0 5% timolol, but in respect of maintaining the lowing IOP effect, the effect of the former was inferior to that of the latter at the first six h, and superior to that of the latter after 24 h Both 0 5% and 1 0% puerarin eyedrops had the inhibiting effect on the acute ocular hypertensive model that was obtained by rapid infusion of 5% glucose solution in the marginal vein of the rabbit ear, and the inhibiting effect of the puerarin eyedrops was similar to that of 0 5% timolol |
