| 摘 要： | 目的：评价双源双能量CT（DECT）检测痛风结石的价值。材料与方法：3例已确诊为痛风的患者以及10例对照者纳入本研究，均在双源CT上进行了手或足的DECT扫描，利用痛风结石软件进行分析，并以绿色伪彩色显示；记录是否能够显示痛风石以及其分布情况。结果：3例患者双足以及双手均显示多发骨内和骨外痛风石，以指（趾）间关节及其周围软组织最显著；而10例对照者的双足均未显示痛风结石。结论：DECT能以伪彩色编码的形式显示并定量研究痛风结石，有潜在的临床应用价值。
