摘    要:目的:建立气相色谱法测定糖平煎中苍术酮含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为PEG-20M 毛细管色谱柱(30 m×0.25 mm×0.25 μm),采用程序升温,进样口温度为290 ℃,检测器温度为300 ℃,检测器为氢火焰离子化检测器(flame ionization detector,FID),载气为氮气,流速1 mL·min-1,内标物质为萘。结果:被测物苍术酮与内标物质萘分离度均良好,平均回收率为100.1%,RSD 为2.64%,糖平煎中苍术酮含量为1.13 mg·g-1。结论:该研究建立的气相色谱方法简便、灵敏度高、数据准确,可用于糖平煎复方中苍术酮含量的测定。

Abstract:Objective:To establish a gas chromatography method for the determination of atractylone in TangpingJian. Method:PEG-20M capillary column (30 m×0.25 mm×0.25 μm) was used as the chromatographic column. The temperature was programmed with the inlet temperature of 290 ℃ and detector temperature of 300 ℃,and the detector was hydrogen flame ionization detector (FID). The carrier gas was nitrogen with the flow rate of 1 mL·min-1, and naphthalene was used as the internal standard substance. Results:The separation of the atractylone and the internal standard substance was good,and the average recovery rate and RSD was 100.1% and 2.64%,respectively. The atractylone content in the Tangpingjian was 1.13 mg·g-1. Conclusion:The established gas chromatographic method is simple,highly sensitive and accurate. It can be used for the detection of atractylone content in TangpingJian.
