Balance FFE技术在心血管磁共振成像中的应用价值

摘    要:目的 :探讨磁共振平衡式梯度回波 (Balance FFE)技术在心血管系统磁共振成像 (Cardiovascular MagneticResonance Imaging:CMRI)中的应用价值。方法 :对疑有心血管疾病的患者 4 8例分别行自旋回波 (SE)序列、屏气平衡式快速梯度回波序列 (B- TFE/ BH或 B- TFE/ ARCH)及电影平衡式梯度回波序列 (b FFE/ BH或 sb FE/ BH) ,采用双盲法评价其图像。结果 :4 8例患者中 ,正常 5例 ,夹层动脉瘤 17例 ,心脏肿瘤 3例 ,心包积液 6例 ,升主动脉瘤 7例 ,肥厚型心肌病 3例 ,扩张型心肌病 2例 ,室间隔缺损 2例 ,房室间隔缺损 2例 ,法洛四联症 1例。采用 Bal-ance FFE技术成像 ,所有患者均得到满意的解剖及电影成像。结论 :平衡式梯度回波技术提高了心血管系统的血液与心肌的对比度 ,在不影响空间分辨率的同时缩短采集时间 ,可清晰地显示心血管系统的解剖结构和功能情况 ,提高诊断正确率。

Abstract:AIM: To investigate the application value of Balance FFE technique in cardiovascular magnetic resonance imaging. METHODS: Breathhold B-TFE/BH sequence and bFFE/BH cine sequence were performanced on 48 patients suspected with cardiovascular diseases. RESULTS: Out of 48 patients, 5 cases were normal, 17 cases with aortic dissection, 3 cases with tumour, 6 cases with pericardial effusion, 7 cases with aortic aneurism, 3 cases with hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, 2 cases with dilated cardiomyopathy, 2 cases with ventricular septal defect, 2 cases with atrioventricular septal defect, 1 cases with tetralogy of Fallot. All cases acquired excellent MRI of anatomic and cine MRI with Balance FFE technique. CONCLUSION: Balance FFE technique greatly increase the blood-myocardial contrast. It can shorten the scanning time without compromising special resolution. The superior imaging quality with balance FFE MRI allows clearer visualization of anatomic structures and potentially may improve detection of abnormalities.
