| 摘 要： | 新型冠状病毒肺炎（以下简称新冠肺炎）在世界范围内广泛传播，已经成为当前最严峻的全球性公共卫生事件。危重型新冠肺炎的救治是降低病死率的关键，也是当前临床面临的严峻挑战。本文通过对新冠肺炎病原学、流行病学特点、病理改变、发病机制、临床特征、临床救治方案进展的论述，为危重型新冠肺炎的诊治提供参考。

| Abstract: | COVID-2019 has been widely spread around the world and has become the most severe current global public health event. The treatment of critical COVID-19 is the key to reduce the fatality rate and is also a severe clinical challenge for us. We discussed the etiology, epidemiological characteristics, pathological changes, pathogenesis, clinical characteristics and clinical treatment program of COVID-19, to provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment of critical COVID-19. |
