| 摘 要： | 毫针刺法的操作程序一般而言 ,包括了进针、行针、留针和出针 4个方面。但是在临床实际操作中远非那么简单 ,在针刺过程中 ,围绕“气”而出现了得气、候气、催气、辨气、行气、导气、调气、守气等不同概念。如何把握其精髓而恰当地运用于临床是针灸学中的一个难题。得气、辨气、调气、守气贯穿于行针的全过程 ,这一行针过程是决定临床针刺疗效的关键 ,也是在临床中比较难于把握的方面 ,需要有一个认识、理解的过程 ,更需要在临床实践中不断地探索。 |

| Abstract: | The routine operation of acupuncture include insertion, manipulation, needle retention and needle withdrawal. In actual operation, other factors are also involved, which are far more complicated. This paper deals with different kinds of qi in the manipulation of needles in acupuncture treatment and ways to deal with them properly. |
