| 摘 要： | 目的探讨吸烟对大鼠血清CD3、CD4、CD8 T淋巴细胞含量影响的时间效应。方法雄性健康清洁级Wistar大鼠30只,随机分为对照组和烟草烟雾暴露组,每组15只;对照组暴露于正常饲养环境,烟草烟雾暴露组每日暴露于烟草烟雾环境30 min,每日2次;2组大鼠分别于烟草烟雾暴露时(T0)、烟草烟雾暴露1个月(T1)、烟草烟雾暴露2个月(T2)、烟草烟雾暴露3个月(T3)、烟草烟雾暴露4个月(T4)、烟草烟雾暴露5个月(T5)和烟草烟雾暴露6个月(T6)时采內眦静脉血,检测血清CD3、CD4、CD8 T淋巴细胞含量。结果T0时,烟草烟雾暴露组外周血CD3、CD4、CD8 T淋巴细胞含量分别为(52.68±4.64)%、(34.39±3.03)%、(29.74±2.62)%;烟草烟雾暴露组与对照组比较,T3~T6时CD3和CD4 T淋巴细胞含量均下降(均P<0.05),CD8 T淋巴细胞含量均增多(均P<0.05);各时点间比较,烟草烟雾暴露组CD3、CD4 T淋巴细胞自T3时逐渐下降,CD8 T淋巴细胞自T4时逐渐上升(均P<0.05),对照组各指标各时点间差异均无统计学意义。结论烟草烟雾暴露损伤细胞免疫的时间窗为3个月。 |

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of smoking on number of CD3,CD4,and CD8 T-cells in blood of rats. MethodsMale Wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups:control group (n=15) and experimental group (n=15).The control group was exposed to air.The experimental group was exposed to cigarette smoke.The numbers of CD3,CD4,and CD8 T-cells in peripheral blood were measured. ResultsThree months after the smoking exposure,the numbers of CD3 T-cell and CD4 T-cell in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,while the number of CD8 T-cell was higher. ConclusionCytoimmunity response is impaired at the first three months of exposure to cigarette smoke in rats. |
