| 摘 要： | 目的 系统评价中药干预卵巢储备功能减退（diminished ovarian reserve,DOR）动物模型的疗效。方法 计算机检索中国知网、万方数据、中国生物医学文献服务系统、重庆维普、PubMed、Cochrane Library、Embase数据库中关于中药治疗DOR的随机对照动物实验,检索时间为建库至2022年9月20日。本研究由两位研究者独立筛选文献、提取资料并进行文献质量评价,采用RevMan 5.4软件进行Meta分析。结果 共纳入19篇文献,Meta分析结果显示：中药组与西药组在改善卵泡刺激素、抗米勒管激素（anti-Müllerian hormone,AMH）及窦卵泡计数（antral follicle count,AFC）方面均无显著差异（P>0.05）;但中药组在改善雌二醇（estradiol,E2）方面较西药组疗效差。亚组分析显示：随着中药剂量的增高,E2、AMH水平升高。结论 现有动物实验证据表明,中药可有效改善DOR动物模型的激素水平及AFC,且存在一定的量效关系。因纳入研究数不多且总体质量不高,故以上结论仍需更多高质量文献进行验证。

Analysis of therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine on animal model of diminished ovarian reserve |

| Abstract: | Objective Systematically evaluate therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine on the animal model of diminished ovarian reserve (DOR). Methods Using computers to search for randomized controlled animal experiments on traditional Chinese medicine treatment of DOR from CNKI, WanFang Data, SinoMed, VIP, PubMed, Cochrane Library, and Embase databases, with a search period from database establishment to September 20, 2022. Two evaluators independently performed literature screening, data extraction and literature quality evaluation, and used RevMan 5.4 software for Meta analysis. Results A total of 19 articles were included. The results of Meta analysis showed that there were no significant differences between the traditional Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group in improving follicle stimulating hormone, anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) and antral follicle count(AFC) (P>0.05). However, the traditional Chinese medicine group was less effective in improving estradiol (E2) than the western medicine group. Subgroup analysis showed that E2 and AMH levels increased with the increase of the dose of traditional Chinese medicine. Conclusion The existing animal experimental evidence shows that traditional Chinese medicine can effectively improve the hormone level and AFC of DOR animal models, and there is a certain dose effect relationship. Due to the limited number of studies included and the overall low quality, the above conclusions still need to be verified by more high-quality literature. |
