| 摘 要： | 脊髓损伤后患者并发症较多，其中包括髋关节异常。到目前为止，关于脊髓损伤并发髋脱位的报道较少，可能与发病率较低，临床不易发现有关。本文从脊髓损伤后髋脱位的流行病学、发病原因、诊断、预防及治疗方面进行阐述。 |

| Abstract: | Patients with spinal cord injury would suffer many complications including hip abnormities. Few reports on spinal cord injury with hip dislocation had been published because of a lower incidence and difficulty to be found in clinical practice. This paper reviewed epidemiology, etiology, diagnosis, prevention and treatment of hip dislocation after spinal cord injury. |
