| 摘 要： | 壳聚糖是自然界存在的唯一的碱性多糖, 具有许多独特的理化特性和生物学功能如良好的生物相容性、可生物降解、表面带有阳离子、低毒等。因此，用壳聚糖制备的纳米粒作为非病毒基因递送载体，具有良好的发展前景。 |

| Abstract: | Chitosan is the only alkaline polysaccharide present in nature, which has been shown favorable physical and biological properties such as cationic nature, biodegradability, biocompatibility and low toxicity. Therefore, nanoparticles make from chitosan could have good perspective in serve as a non-viral gene carrier. |
