摘    要:[目的] 采用数据挖掘技术分析疏肝法治疗高血压病的用药规律.[方法] 纳入疏肝法治疗高血压病的文献共152篇,建立疏肝法治疗原发性高血压病文献信息数据库.采用SPSS18.0统计分析软件进行频数分析,采用SAS9.1统计分析软件作为数据挖掘平台,进行关联规则分析;采用Cytoscape2.8.2软件绘制关联规则的网状图.[结果] 提炼出疏肝法治疗高血压病的常用药物、药对、药组.通过数据挖掘分析,发现疏肝法治疗高血压病所用药物以柴胡为频次最高,并且以柴胡为核心组成不同药对,其次为补血、活血、理气、健脾、清热类药.[结论] 疏肝法治疗高血压病,用药以调理气血为主,兼清热、健脾等法.

Abstract:[Objective] We applied the data mining techniques to analyze medication rules on treating hypertension by promoting the liver function. [Methods] Total articles adopting treating hypertension by promoting the liver function by this thesis are altogether 152 pieces. And we set up a literature information database of treating primary hypertension by promoting the liver function. This research applied the statistical analysis software SPSS18.0 to do the analysis of frequency; and it also used the module of Enterprise Miner of the statistical analysis software SAS9.1 as data mining platform to do the association rule analysis; meanwhile, software Cytoscape2.8.2 was adopted to map the network about the association rule. [Results] We find out the common-used herbs, couplet medicines and drug groups. Via the analysis of data mining techniques, we find out that Radix Bupleuri, which is regarded as one of the herbs applied in treating hypertension by promoting the liver function, has the maximal application of frequency. And also, Radix Bupleuri as the core, makes up many different couplet medicines, followed by some herbs such as those which can replenish the blood, invigorate the circulation of blood, regulate Qi, tonify spleen or clear heat. [Conclusion] Research shows that medication of treating hypertension by promoting the liver function is mainly about regulating Qi and blood, and besides, about clearing heat, tonifying spleen, and so on.
