摘    要:[目的] 优化五田保肝颗粒的提取工艺。[方法] 采用正交实验设计,以干膏得率、总黄酮含量和五味子醇甲含量为评定指标,通过多指标综合评分优选五田保肝颗粒的提取工艺。[结果] 最佳提取工艺条件为12倍量40%乙醇提取3次,每次2 h。[结论] 所确定的最佳提取工艺合理,有效成分提取效率高。

Abstract:[Objective] To optimize the extraction process for Wutian Baogan granules.[Methods] The orthogonal test was employed and taking the extraction rate and the content of flavonoids and schisandrinas the index,using comprehensive evaluation score the extraction process of Wutian Baogan granules was optimized.[Results] The optimal extraction technique conditions were as follows: 12 times of amount of 40% ethanol, extracted for 3 times, each time for 2 hours.[Conclusion] The optimized extraction technology is rational and the extraction rate of the active ingredients is high.
