超声新技术诊断甲状腺结节的应用进展

摘    要:目前,临床上甲状腺结节的发病率持续上升,且良、恶性结节的治疗方案和预后的差别非常明显,因此,在患病早期准确地定性诊断甲状腺结节对于患者的治疗和预后都有非常重要的价值。超声是甲状腺结节影像学检查的首选方法,其具有检查费用低、无创伤、重复性高和诊断快速的优点。但是,常规超声在鉴别良性与恶性肿瘤的特异度和准确率上均存在一定的局限。近几年出现了一些新的超声技术,其可以改善常规超声的局限性,与常规的甲状腺超声技术相结合,能更加准确地对甲状腺结节进行定性,并引导临床医师制定出更精准的个体化治疗方案。笔者针对超声特别是超声新技术在甲状腺结节诊断中的应用进展进行综述。

Abstract:At present, the incidence rate of thyroid nodules is rising, and the treatment and prognosis of benign and malignant nodules are greatly different. Therefore, the early and accurate qualitative diagnosis of thyroid nodules is of great value to the treatment and prognosis of patients. Ultrasound is now the first choice for imaging examination of thyroid nodules due to its low cost, non-invasivity, high repeatability, and rapid diagnosis. In recent years, a number of new ultrasonic technologies have emerged, which have certain supplementary value to the limitations of conventional ultrasound imaging. Conventional thyroid ultrasound combined with various thyroid ultrasound examination techniques can be more accurate in determining thyroid nodules, which can guide the clinical development of precise individual treatment. In this study, the application progress of ultrasonic diagnosis of thyroid nodule is reviewed.
