| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨品管圈(QCC)方法在药剂科质量管理中的作用。方法：将品管圈方法引入药剂科的质量管理工作中, 在我科各调剂药房按品管圈活动的10个步骤实施各项活动,改善药剂质量的管理方式,对比分析药房在开展品管圈活动前后的药剂质量管理情况。结果：在开展品管圈活动前,门诊药房平均每周调剂差错件数分别为21.75 件(100％),在开展品管圈活动后,平均每周调剂差错件数为8.85件(40.69％)明显低于进行品管圈活动前(下降了59.31％),差异显著(P＜0.05),有统计学意义;调剂药房的工作人员在进行品管圈活动后的各项能力评分高于进行品管圈活动前,差异显著(P＜0.05),有统计学意义。结论：在药剂质量管理中应用品管圈的管理办法效果较好,降低了调剂药房药剂调剂差错的件数,保证患者用药安全有效, 提升了调剂药房药师的工作能力,是改善医院药剂科服务质量的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the effect of quality control of the product (QCC) on the quality management of pharmacy. Methods: The product management circle method is introduced into the quality management of pharmacy department. The 10 steps of the pharmacy in our department are carried out to improve the quality of pharmacy.Results: Before carrying out quality control circle activities, average weekly outpatient pharmacy dispensing errors number 21.75 pieces (100%), to carry out the quality control circle activities in, the average weekly dispensing errors number of 8.85 pieces (40.69%) was significantly lower than that of QC circle activities before (down by 59.31%). Significant difference (P<0.05), was statistically significant; pharmacy dispensing work personnel in product management circle activities after the ability score higher than for QC circle activities, and the difference is significant (P<0.05) and was statistically significant.Conclusion: in the pharmacy quality management applications tube circle management way, the effect is better, reduces the number of compounding pharmacies pharmacy dispensing errors, effectively guarantee the safety of patients with medication, enhanced the ability of the dispensing pharmacy pharmacist"s work, is to improve the effective methods of hospital pharmacy service quality. |
