银杏总酸中有关成分的LC/DAD/API/MS分析

摘    要:
目的:鉴别银杏总酸中的有关成分。方法:采用LC/DAD/API/MS联用技术分析。结果:鉴别出4种银杏酸的主要成分白果新酸、白果酸、氢化白果酸和氢化白果亚酸,同时发现2个未知成分。结论:根据两个未知化合物的UV光谱及质谱的裂解规律,推测为银杏酸的同系物。

Abstract:
AIM In order to identify compositions in total ginkgolic acids. METHOD By using LC/DAD/API/MS combination technology, both UV and Mass Spectrums of each compound were recorded simultaneously and two ionization modes ESI( ) and APCI(-) were applied. RESULT Two unknown compounds were found as well as the four known compounds ginkgoneolic acid, ginkgolic acid, hydroginkgolic acid and hydroginkgolinic acid. CONCLUSION Two new compounds were assumed as new ginkgolic acids according to their UV and MS spectra
