| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨角膜深层异物及前房异物的临床特点及治疗.方法 对82例角膜深层异物及前房异物的致伤原因、异物性质、异物位置、临床表现、并发症和疗效进行回顾分析.结果 82例患者中男女比例约为9:1,年龄为20～45岁者占78.05﹪,职业以农民、工人为多,分别为46.34﹪和43.90﹪.所有患者均手术取出异物,术后视力上升者42例(51.22﹪),视力稳定者29例(35.37﹪),视力减退者11例(13.41﹪).15例眼盲者有6例是爆炸伤患者(40﹪).就诊时间越早,视力恢复越好(χ2=10.69,P=0.001 4).结论 爆炸伤致角膜深层异物及前房异物者致盲率较高,其治疗的关键是及早就诊,早期治疗,手术取出异物,防治感染和处理好并发症. |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical feature and treatment of foreign bodies in the deep corneal layers and anterior chamber. Methods Vulnerate causes, character and positions,clinical manifestation, complications and therapeutic effects were retrospectively analyzed in eighty-two cases with foreign bodies in the deep corneal layers and anterior chamber. Results Patients in 20 - 45 years acounted for the major proportion （78.05%） in all the 82 cases with the male：female ratio 9：1. Most of the patients were peasants（46.34% ） and workers（43.90% ）. All the foreign bodies were removed by the surgery. The postoperative vision increased in 42 cases （51.22%）, remained stable in 29 cases （35.37%）, and decreased in 11 cases （ 13.41% ）. There were 15 blind cases 6 （40%） of which were wounded by explosion. The earlier the visiting time was,the better the postoperative vision would be （ x^2 = 10.69,P =0.001 4）. Conclusions Explosion poses a prominent factor in the causes of blindness. The key of the treatment for the anterior chamber is to visit and have treatment as soon as possible. It is important to remove the foreign bodies, to prevent infection and to handle the complications. （Chin J Ophthalmol and Otorhinolaryngol,2008,8：36-37） |
