| 摘 要： | 目的分析轮状病毒(RV)肠炎的多系统损害的特点。方法对112例RV肠炎患儿的多系统损害进行回顾性分析。结果112例中同时出现鼻塞、咳嗽、气促、发热96例,其中78例肺部闻及干湿音,肺炎15例,支气管炎63例;抽搐5例,昏迷5例;5例皮疹,10例关节痛。丙氨酸氨基转移酶升高15例,天冬氨酸氨基转移酶升高16例;心肌酶升高28例;心电图异常20例,表现为T波异常14例,低电压4例,I度房室传导阻滞3例;胸部X线检查示点片状阴影32例,尿蛋白>0.2g·L110例,红细胞≥3个/HP12例,白细胞≥5个/HP8例,BUN20～189mmol·L113例。结论RV感染可发生多系统损害,病毒血症可能是RV多系统播散的途径。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze che characteristics of the multi-system damage induced by rotavirus enteronitis(RV).Methods Multisystem damage of 112 RVs enteritis was analyzed retrospectively.Results Among 112 patients,nasal obstruction simultaneousy.cough,short breath,fever occured in 96 patients,and dry and wet rales occured in 78 patients,pneumonis in 15 patients and bronchitis in 63 patients;convulsion occurred in 5 patients,coma in 5 patients;skin rash occurned in 5 pacients and archralgia in 10 cases.elevated ALT in 15 cases,elevated AST in 16 cases;elevated myocardial enzymes in 28 cases.In 20 cases of abnormal ECG,T wave was abnormal in 14 cases,T wave hypotension in 4 cases,I°AV block in 3 cases,Panctal and lamel shade in X-ray in 32 cases The proteinuria>0.2 g·L -1 was in 10 cases, cases.erythro cyte in urin ≥3/Hp in 12 cases.leukocyte≥5/HP in 18 cases,BUN was 20～189 mmol·L -1 in 13 cases.Conclusion Infection of RV can lead to multi-system damage.The viremia may be the process of spread of RV and plays a wery omportant role in multi-system damage. |
