| 摘 要： | 心房颤动（atrial fibrillation，AF）是临床常见的疾病，它严重威胁着人体健康。血管紧张素受体拮抗剂（angiotensin-receptor blockers，ARB）是临床实践中的一类常见药物，对于特定的心血管疾病有着良好的疗效，同时还具有抑制和逆转心房重构的作用。本文就ARB对新发性AF和术后AF的防治效果与机制进行综述。

| Abstract: | Atrial fibrillation is a kind of arrhythmia which does great harm to our health. Angiotensin receptor blockers which have good effects on some cardiovascular diseases are widely used clinically. In this article, we make a summary of the underlying mechanisms of angiotensin receptor blockers in inhibiting atrial remodeling so as to provide some theoretical reference for further research on therapy of atrial fibrillation. |
