| 摘 要： | ［摘要］目的 研究云南球花石斛花化学成分，发现其活性成分．方法 球花石斛花溶剂提取、硅胶柱层析和Sephadex LH-20柱层析进行分离纯化，波谱分析（核磁共振氢谱、碳谱、和质谱）确定结构．结果 从该药用植物花乙酸乙酯萃取部分分离并鉴定了7个化合物，分别为: β-sitosterol（1），stigmasterol （2）， 6，7-dimethoxy coumarin（3），6- methoxy -7- hydroxy coumarin（4），dibutyl phthalate（5），naringenin （6）， daucosterol（7）．结论 所有化合物均为首次从本植物花中分离得到.

| Abstract: | ［Abstract］Objective To study the chemical constituents from the flowers of Dendrobium thyrsiflorum and find its bioactive compounds. Methods The compounds were extracted by 95% alcohol and isolated by column chromatography on silica gel and Sephadex LH-20. Their structures were identified by spectroscopic analysis（1H NMR，13CNMR and EIMS）．Results Seven compouds were obtained and identified as β-sitosterol（1），stigmasterol（2），6，7-dimethoxy coumarin（3），6-methoxy -7- hydroxy coumarin（4），dibutyl phthalate（5），naringenin（6），daucosterol（7）．Conclusion All compounds were isolated from the flowers for the first time. |
