摘 要: | 目的 随着法制社会的建设和医患关系愈演愈烈的现状,加强医学生的法治意识教育也便显得迫切而关键,本文旨在探讨医学院校临床医学专业《卫生法学》课程开展中案例教学法与传统讲授法的实践效果差异,并分析其中存在的问题,以此来促进案例教学法在《卫生法学》课程中的应用和推广,并提高广大医学生《卫生法学》课程的学习效率。 方法 期末考试结束后,课题组采用t检验比较分析案例教学法和传统讲授法分别教授的7个临床医学专业班级的《卫生法学》课程期末成绩的构成和总体情况;再通过与老师和学生代表的小组讨论法分析案例教学法和传统讲授法2种不同教学方法的课堂效果和满意度的差异。 结果 案例教学法和传统讲授法2种不同教学方法教授的班级分别在总分、论述题和案例分析题的得分差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05),名词解释和简答题差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。案例教学法教授班级教学氛围较好,学生学习积极性较高,其班级学生对《卫生法学》课程的整体满意度要高于传统讲述法教授班级的满意度。 结论 《卫生法学》课程相较临床医学专业学生来说,其认可度较低,学习兴趣没有专业课浓厚,《卫生法学》课程在案例教学过程中虽仍存在一些问题,但相比传统教授法而言,还是取得了较好的教学效果,而案例教学法的学生与老师的满意度也均高于传统讲授法,教师应当继续积极对案例教学法进行探索,不断改善案例教学法在《卫生法学》课程教授过程中存在的问题与困难,提高学生的学习积极性与主动性和实践解决问题的能力。

Effectiveness evaluation of case teaching method in the teaching of Health Law in clinical medicine |

Abstract: | Objective With the progress of the legal system and the intense relationship between doctors and patients in China,law education in medical schools becomes urgent and important.This paper aims to investigate and analyze the effectiveness and problems of case teaching method in teaching Health Law,thus to promote its application as well as the learning efficiency of medical students. Methods Test scores of 7 classes which received case teaching and lecture teaching method in Health Law respectively were analyzed with t-tests to compare and analyze the final examination results.Effectiveness and satisfaction were discovered by group discussion. Results Scores of the total,essay and case analysis had statistical significance in the two groups(P<0.05).Scores of noun explanation and short-answer had no statistical significance(P>0.05).The teaching atmosphere,students' involvement and satisfaction rate in the case teaching group were better than those in the traditional teaching group. Conclusion To students of clinical medicine,recognition and interest in Health Law is lower than academic courses.With remaining problems,effectiveness evaluation of case teaching method in the teaching of Health Law is superior to traditional teaching,for both teachers and students.We should keep exploring the case teaching method in Health Law,thus to improve the students' enthusiasm and initiatives as well as the ability to solve problems. |
